Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and use, I can process the information quite easily
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of data download. Unlike other tools where you can export the raw data, I am only able to do a screenshot of the charts.

Why We Switched from Sprout Social to SocialPilot
What do you like best about the product?
The listening tool in the Sprout Social solution is one of the better ones in any social marketing solution. The engagement and analytics are on par with the other major players in this space. It is easy to set up and use. THe time to learn the platform is minimal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure maxes out at ten profiles unless you have an enterprise plan and the professional plan at $149/mo on an annual plan (or Advanced at $249/mo) is quite expensive when considering that only ten social profiles are available. The standard plan has fewer features and is limited to five social profiles, and is $89/mo. Compare this to SocialPilot, which has 50 profiles available for $50/month. The features are comparable except the more robust listening tool within SProutSocial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social addresses the needs of larger organizations. As most do not have more than ten profiles (for the organization), it meets most companies' requirements. However, from an agency perspective, it is price prohibitive with the profile limitations. Other solutions are better priced and have similar features available.

Being able to schedule reels. When not using in-app sounds, being able to schedule reels is very helpful

Can't choose music for reels, meaning I have to upload them separate from the app

Makes monthly planning so much easier having everything in one place
Great but pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout's integrated calendar so you can see everything that is drafted or published in one place. Being able to have the entire team collaborate in the same place has been very helpful. It's much more in depth than other platforms I have used in regards to social media scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though Sprout is very thorough and a great platform, it is extremely pricey for non-profits. Luckily, the reps were able to work out a manageable discount for my organization, until realizing the premium analytics were an ADDITIONAL cost that is out of our budget. I wish that was made more clear and/or just included in the price for a professional plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It wasn't a problem, but it is making it easier for my team to collaborate and review each others' work all in one place, so it streamlines our process. We are also able to see the improvement in real-time.

Easy and quick and useful for collaboration.

I wish that I could see a feed for comments/feedback under the "Needs Approval" tab.

Easy communication between our communication/marketing team and admin team of our organization.
Great starter social management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is very user-friendly! The reports are easy to read and build and the asset library is a lifesaver! The tag library and scheduling is great for us being a company with hundreds of locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few limitations Sprout has that caps the long-term possibilities with the platform. Limited API connections, inability to bulk delete, and account management is spotty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk scheduling, reporting, and a large asset library. Being able to schedule content out at optimal times is a game-changer for our company. The reports also allow us to tell a social media story that simple and digestible for those that aren't in marketing.
The platform is great, but the customer service is very difficult to get in touch with.

Automation! Employee Advocacy and scheduling abilities are my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service/support doesn't reply, so it's hard to troubleshoot or get responses. Some reps throughout the process have been better than others. Wish there was more customized purchasing and pricing options.

It helps to have all channels in one place and it's user-friendly and visually appealing.

We'd like better options for reporting and the profile limit for folders makes responding to reviews and comments more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a TikTok integration has been helpful for us so we don't have to manage those comments natively in the app.
