Effortless Social Media Management with Powerful Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
We really love the ability to schedule posts on multiple accounts and see their performance stats afterwords. It's a fairly comprehensive platform that has made it easier for us to manage our social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing we've encountered so far is some input lag when filling out forms. I wonder if it's a form validation / JS issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage multiple accounts.

I like the scheduling tool the best. It’s the most helpful, but reporting can be good too

We are starting to have a lot of connectivity issues with Meta, where it is not pulling in all our information. I’ve been using sprout for years and have always found the reporting helpful, but the last few months it has kind of gone downhill because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to always be active on social media when it’s your career, so the scheduling tool helps a lot. Also tags are helpful for reporting into categories our company is looking for reporting in

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting, especially the competitive analysis. Also like the ability to schedule posts for the most likely time our followers will be online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is hard on a non-profit like us. I have to fight to continue the subscription and may not continue to win.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to control, post, and check in on all of our social platforms. I don't have to log into each one separately.

The analytics are another highlight; they’re clear, detailed, and genuinely useful for understanding what’s working. It’s also great for teamwork - you can plan, review, and approve content all in one place without endless email chains. Overall, it just makes managing social media feel more streamlined and less stressful.

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike! It can be a bit expensive compared to some other tools, especially for smaller teams. But overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives - it’s a really solid platform.

Sprout Social helps us manage multiple social media accounts efficiently in one place. It makes scheduling and publishing content across platforms much easier and more consistent. The analytics tools give us clear insights into engagement and performance, helping us refine our strategy. It also improves teamwork - we can collaborate on posts, review content, and manage approvals seamlessly. Overall, it saves time, supports better decision-making, and helps us communicate more effectively with our audiences.
All-in-One Solution with Excellent Support and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need is included, from the Customer Support channel to easily accessible weekly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-assign feature for cases is inconsistent. At times, it functions smoothly, but there are still occasions when we have to assign cases manually, which takes extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The resource center is excellent. Initially, we were unable to receive training on how to use the sprout, but we found it easy to make some adjustments to our settings on our own. When I requested proper training from one of your trainers, they responded promptly and assisted us right away.

Managing customer messages and responding to them is straightforward, and the user interface remains clean and free of clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears that certain messages do not make it into Sprout Social as they should, which means we occasionally still need to rely on the legacy solution.

Strong Reporting and Approval Workflows - Good Option for LinkedIn Managment
What do you like best about the product?
For organizations primarily focused on LinkedIn, it allows us to tag users and schedule document-style or photo carousel posts. LI has limited API access, but Sprout makes the most of it. The smart scheduler and approval workflows are perfect for our team and use case. The built-in reporting suite is a strength of the platform as well. The "smart inbox" is a plus when you need to monitor and engage with mentions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices have increased significantly over the last few years, and auto-UTM link tagging is at a higher plan than we have - that seems like it should be a basic feature, though you can still do it one at a time for each link. Customer support check-ins are heavy on the upsells.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow/approval and calendar gives us control over our social media schedule, and the robust reporting empower us to tune our approaches for maximum engagement. New features are regularly introduced, and the AI is sometimes useful (closed captioning for videos) instead of pressuring you to generate posts within the system, which seems like a bad idea. Has been instrumental in establishing LI as a viable channel for us.

I really appreciate Sprout Social's competitor benchmarking feature. It allows me to see how my social media pages compare against competitors, providing a comprehensive tool that is both insightful and powerful. This feature stands out as an amazing tool, offering valuable data that helps me strategize effectively and stay competitive in the market. Additionally, I find the initial setup to be extremely easy. Connecting Sprout Social to my Facebook was seamless, automatically linking all the pages I needed, which made starting out with the platform hassle-free. These aspects significantly enhance my experience using Sprout Social, making it a valuable asset in managing multiple social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Sprout Social does not effectively split data between paid efforts and organic efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to efficiently manage multiple social media pages, centralize comments and messages, and track data analytics. It simplifies community management and provides competitor benchmarking, though data division between paid and organic efforts could be improved.
Easy to learn and maintain.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy the interface is in the perspective of the technical lead for our company. I am able to add and modify accounts and users in a short time and troubleshoot issues with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to comment on. The only thing that comes to mind is the cost of the platform, which stands out to me.

Keeping tabs of all our social media accounts in one place. With so many social media platforms it can be difficult to keep on top of uploading content and also getting reports on their performance.
