Insightful Analytics and Competitor Stats Make a Difference
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and competitor stats. Very easy to break down what is working vs what is not.

Can be hard to use to share with superiors wanting to see what is going on.

I appreciate the ease of use and the convenience of being able to pre-schedule postings.

It has a lot of features to learn, and it also seems to disconnect from LI fairly often.

Effortlessly Coordinates and Enhances Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Sprout Social for social media scheduling posts, as it makes my work significantly easier and more organized. The ability to coordinate with my statewide offices, where both I and they can manage our own posts without conflicting or overlapping content, is invaluable. This feature ensures that our scheduling is efficient, and there are no duplicate posts, either on the same day or with similar content. I also appreciate the simplicity of setting it up, which was made effortless with the support of my statewide office guiding me through the process. I thoroughly enjoy using the draft form feature because it allows me to save ideas without them posting until I'm completely satisfied with the content. This function is incredibly useful for refining posts before they go live. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and will certainly continue my subscription. I would rate my likelihood to recommend Sprout Social to others as a 10 out of 10.

I use Sprout Social to coordinate with my statewide office, preventing scheduling overlaps and duplicated content, improving our social media management efficiency.
Intuitive Social Planning with Great Features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to plan out my social media feeds for clients has been a game- changer. I find it fairly intuitive and love the feature that shows the high-traffic times when a post is likely to receive the most organic notice. Happy that newer social media feeds have been integrated (eg. Threads and Bluesky).
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult thing is the occasional disconnection of certain social media profiles (usually Instagram). This may be more of a Meta/security issue, but I often don't discover the disconnection until a post bounces. It is not always easy to figure out how to do the reconnection or how to form a new group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advance planning allows us to map out our social media weeks in advance, allowing us to be more thoughtful and save time.
Effortless Collaboration and User-Friendly Interface for Reliable Publishing and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating in Sprout Social, especially when it comes to approvals, edits, and comments, is more straightforward than with any other tool I’ve used. I also really appreciate how user-friendly the interface is, both for publishing content and for generating reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find a real downside to using Sprout Social. While I believe some other tools may be quicker to integrate with new social media channels, Sprout Social consistently does an excellent job of releasing integrations once they are fully ready and able to meet users' expectations. The only other thing is that it can be annoying to reconnect your social media channels so frequently when you have lots of posts that need to go out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has simplified the process of editing, reviewing, and approving posts for me across different products and platforms. It also allows me to more easily track how those posts are performing. I enjoy the listening tools as well and being able to find trends quickly.
Convenient Multi-Account Scheduling, But Pricey and Lacks Reel Sound Support
What do you like best about the product?
One feature I appreciate is the ability to link multiple accounts on Sprout for scheduling. This makes managing different profiles much more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly cost of $430 feels quite high. Additionally, I’m disappointed that I can’t schedule reels with trending sounds—I still have to handle that manually within Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing several brands, each with its own social media profiles, can be challenging, so I find it extremely useful to have everything consolidated in one platform where I can schedule content in advance. I also appreciate the ability to generate reports for all the brands from the same place.

I wish it would shorten URLs indefinitely but we only get a certain amount per month.

Easy posting and reporting on engagement
Game changing for small business managing multiple profiles.
What do you like best about the product?
The publishing calendar, posting at multiple locations easily, and the smart inbox! The program was really easy to learn, and while I do not use the team features, they would be easy to teach others as our department grows. Customer support and the onboarding process was great. I love being able to schedule things out really far in advance for a base line, and then add more posts as I want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had trouble with it automatically adding new profiles I create, even with changed settings and I have to manually add them - which is easy on Sprout but sometime a pain with Meta, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer having to log into multiple profiles for multiple businesses to manage each of their social profiles. Stream lined my process and saved me about 15 hours per week of work so I can concentrate on other areas of my department.
