I would like to see pop-up ads go somewhere different than on my main screen. It’s a bit annoying.

I dislike the current calendar view in Sprout Social. The visual appearance when switching between the weekly and monthly views is not as effective as I would like. I find it challenging because there is no option available to display multiple weeks at a time instead of the entire month, which would give me more flexibility in planning and reviewing our content schedule.

I'm frustrated with the mobile app notifications when it comes to publishing posts. Sometimes, even when I click to copy the text, it doesn't copy, which is quite frustrating. Also, there are instances where posts fail to publish, and the app doesn't provide a reason why this happens.

The sentiment measurement solution provided by Sprout Social is particularly valuable to me; it is customizable to measure sentiment relative to specific subjects within the organization, pulls in conversations from all social platforms, and helps determine whether conversations about our brand are positive or negative. Additionally, I appreciate its capability to train the model for more accurate sentiment analysis, which helps in fine-tuning the understanding of what is considered neutral, negative, or positive. The initial setup was rather simple and straightforward, which was a pleasant experience.

I find issues with Sprout Social's handling of asset sizes. Even when I input accurate sizes, the system mistakenly registers them as incorrect. Additionally, there is a random occurrence where accounts disconnect unexpectedly, leading to some social posts failing to go live.

I occasionally encounter issues when scheduling collaboration posts, as they sometimes have errors, resulting in notifications via email. Additionally, I find the limitation that collaboration posts can be sent only for Instagram to be restrictive. Adding support for TikTok collaboration posts would be a valuable enhancement.

I find Sprout Social's posting and reporting features intuitive, saving time with clear navigation and useful time suggestions. Its automatic reporting streamlines my workload, although I wish for expanded collaboration features with TikTok.

Sprout gives us the ability to schedule social media posts at optimal times, per the software algorithm. It is easy to save drafts and to collaborate with teammates. The tags make it really easy to run reports on our multiple sectors of the company.

I wish the tags were color coded to make them easy to identify at a glance.
