What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to use, as all of its features and functionality are well spread out in the distribution panel. I can follow our campaigns and access sprout social via the Sprout mobile application.
Support from the Sprout social service team is prompt and always reliable. I like its automated reports , which we get on a scheduled timeline and it makes it possible for team leads to follow up with our social media activity and how much we have been successful or unsuccessful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes the tendency to encounter errors at the point of launching a campaign. This has happened more often of recent than before and long overdue for the Sprout team to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is an effective tool for tracking and managing my organizations activity across multiple social media platforms. Sprout social provides me and my colleagues in the marketing department with vital metric about our activities on social media, which we rely upon to measure the impact of our social media strategy as it regards user acquisition and product visibility.

The option to add photos and shorten links in tweet drafts has streamlined workflow and helped maintain seamless aesthetic on the company Twitter profile

When you are on standard license some functions like social listening are not included.

Social media listening for our brand and also for competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the support I receive from Sprout and the focus on learning to improve. We have standing monthly calls where I check-in with my account manager and share pain points. At first, I was tempted to skip out on these, but once I made them a priority I really started seeing the benefits of Sprout. Together, we brainstorm ideas and come up with ways to highlight the power of social media. This has especially been helpful when preparing reports for executives.

Additionally, I love the ability to work with team members to approve content and also provide feedback before the content is pushed live. Scheduling is a breeze, thanks to the ability to duplicate and customize for each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few API-restrictions, such as Facebook event co-host invitations or Instagram DMs that don't come through to our Sprout inbox. To work around this, we have a daily checklist of things that we do natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive anywhere from 5,000-8,000 comments, messages, mentions, etc. across all of our social channels and it would be a headache to track and respond without Sprout. The benefits of the reporting tools are also clutch. I love the templates for reports that are pre-made and the ability to customize as necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're working in social and feel overwhelmed, Sprout is a good choice. It has been invaluable to feel like I wasn't alone in my social media goals because I had a company that knows social inside and out, helping me along.

What do you like best about the product?
To better communicate with readers, to standardize marketing workflows, to work collaboratively in full detail, and to transform social media data into concrete insights—on a scale, Sprout Social is a great tool. It's quite simple to use, and has all of the features well integrated in the front panel. I may run a range of campaigns via email or mainstream digital channels. Support is fantastic, it brings me updated with every sort of details. I may get a high level of popularity on the internet for ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it often provides me with mistakes when it comes to creating a campaign, especially when it comes to selecting a template. Also its approval process is little bit strange. We can only receive internal approvals inside the organization. Our clients can't be approved unless they are already members of Sprout that makes it a little clumsy to get approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an effective approach for managing social media profiles, while acquiring useful empirical resources to quickly recognize and reflect the importance of social media participation in industry. Integrated, formal reports which can be submitted on a daily basis guarantee that executives have insight to the effects of social media recruitment in an incredibly simple, formal report.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can add notes to a calendar to plan content for the long term, besides that unless I pay more I can't use other tools. Which is a turn-off.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is pretty expensive, and there are some analytics and tools only available if you pay more, limiting a small agency and forcing you to look for other options in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts for multiple accounts. The benefit is similar to all other apps out there competing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Determine what tools you will need, do a demo with each platform. Ask questions, then make a move.

Outstanding Social Media Management for Small to Medium Companies

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool to manage social media accounts while gaining valuable analysis tools to easily understand and represent the value of the social media engagement to the business. The automated, formal reports that can be sent on a regularly scheduled basis ensures that execs have access to the results of social media outreach in an easy to understand, formal report. This saves me HUGE amounts of time in creating reports on a regular cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
My focus on the tool was essentially the content calendar for posting and the back-end analysis. I did not engage with additional features in the tool so I cannot offer thoughts on those solutions. For what I needed, this is the best tool I have found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The #1 problem is simplifying the time required to create formal decks for the executive team to help them understand the value of social media and its benefits to the company. These auto-created and emailed reports are outstanding are a major time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, it has all the tools well distributed in the main panel. I can run different campaigns through email or conventional digital platforms. The support is great, it keeps me up to date with any information. I can have a great degree of advertising recognition on the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it sometimes presents me with errors at the moment of making a campaign, specifically at the moment of choosing the template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been very strategic when using the program because it works in a direct way in marketing distribution. It has given an excellent performance to strengthen the commercial area and provide the most appropriate quality to customers with marketing demands.

I recommend the software because you can grow in professional marketing in a very advanced way by this program. It will help you to attract customers in a proper, simple and safe way. Very good service.

Excellent tool for social network management and content publishing.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had no problems using Sproud Social for planning and publishing content on the different social networks managed in our organization. Sprout provides us with a fairly intuitive and navigable user interface, it is very easy to use to schedule publications and manage different social networks in the same environment. Their customer service has always been responsive and has provided quick and efficient responses whenever we have called on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
This would only be the fact that your integration to manage Instagram's direct messages is not working, we would love to be able to manage it from the Sprout Social platform, however we understand that this is a problem faced by this type of applications mostly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the use of this tool we have been able to experience not only an optimization of our social media workflows, but also that our teams (especially marketing and success of our customers) remain synchronized and all our social networks updated. Sproud Social has represented an orderly and efficient administration of our social networks while saving time and resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is undoubtedly a tool I would recommend to manage social networks and content publishing individually or collectively without complications or loss of time. It is not difficult to use and has an excellent training and customer service team, it is worth trying.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the software is very feasible for any kind of marketing, whether it's mail marketing, social networking, digitalization, content management. It's actually very complete and covers an incredible scope. Simple factors like interface and support are also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically I would improve some designs in the interface, I don't have problems with the agility of the interface only in the themes.

We are making a solid effort to be able to cover all the marketing process in the organization, it has given an excellent performance to strengthen each one of the work areas. We have oriented our needs to Sprout Social and the result has been as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
The most remarkable thing from my point of view is that Sprout Social maintains a slight flexibility in its facilities in an incredible way, according to the simplification of social publication on different platforms with large existing groups, the commitment of the effectiveness of each task pending, the constant reviews of the marketing campaigns carried out for the authentication of interest between different individuals, the analysis of the work processes that are executed and the provision of efficient services to each of the clients that an organization acquires, being very intuitive, necessary and at the same time striking in productive terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram integrations with Sprout do not adequately adapt to our existing needs, since it should be noted that our audiences respond more effectively to the real-time publications that we execute on these advertising and interactive platforms, which means that there is no opportunity of a more stable programming with said social application, being a problem on a large scale, since it is one of the areas in which potential high-power clients are grouped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is being used by our communications and customer relations team, since they unify similar branches when interacting with the users of the facilities that we acquire, in more explicit terms, it should be noted that we implement this software with the aim of optimizing efforts in social networks and thus be able to fortify our marketing to more considerable results in a massive environment, including the proper administration of all the social platforms that we acquire from one place, drastically reducing the time it takes for these jobs, including mentions. in these digital facilities about our content.
