All-in-One Social Media Management Tool, Though Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout social for about 2 years daily. I really appreciate having all the tools I need for my daily tasks as a social media manager conveniently located in one place. The smart inbox is straightforward to use and makes managing messages simple. Additionally, the publishing tool is both comprehensive and user-friendly. It has been very easy to onboard new team members. The customer support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the reporting features could be refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform offers comprehensive social media management, which is especially helpful for a very small social media team like ours.
Centralized Calendar View Keeps Our Team Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see the calendar view in order to plan the month accurately. It allows my team to be aligned with one central location for all social postings, comments, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently haven't had any issues with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout, our team organized our postings using an Excel calendar or SmartSheet view. Sprout has reduced confusion and allowed us to quickly interact with comments in real time.
Effortless Post Scheduling with Quick Issue Resolution!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to plan and schedule posts, as well as monitor their performance!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there are some glitches, but they are typically resolved quickly!

Managing several social media accounts, each with its own unique content, can be challenging. Sprout simplifies the process and helps me keep everything organized.
Customizable Posting Saves Time, But Advanced Reports Cost Extra
What do you like best about the product?
There are many customizable options available. My organization has 5 social platforms and the ability to do one post, but then customize to each within the same setup is amazing, and not to mention customizable time scheduling per platform as well. A huge time saver to be able to post across platforms that require such different needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced and more tailored reporting on performance metrics is behind a higher paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves so much time when posting across many platforms. Allows me to spend less time scheduling and more time creating!
User-Friendly Interface, Minor Delays with Verification Codes

I love how easy the interface is no matter the level of expertise.

Intuitive Setup, Robust Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over three years, primarily as the director of social at New York Road Runners. I find Sprout Social incredibly intuitive with its easy setup process, and the onboarding was really helpful thanks to a supportive staff that clearly introduced all the features and benefits to my team and me. The intuitive nature of Sprout Social enables us to dive straight into using it effectively. One of the major issues Sprout Social solves for me is in the realm of customer service and management, allowing us a centralized inbox for our user interactions, thus managing social engagement efficiently at a large scale. The platform also immensely aids in robust reporting and analytics. I value its capacity for quick and succinct report generation which can be effortlessly shared with stakeholders through the copy link feature, enhancing our reporting both internally and externally. As the director, I find reporting features most useful, particularly the ease of building reports and repurposing them for different events, which proves to be really helpful. The ability to quickly dive deep into various date ranges for more time-specific reporting, whether it's organic or paid, has been really effective in our decision-making processes. Furthermore, from an engagement standpoint right through to reporting, Sprout Social stands out as a really effective publishing tool, making it a great fit for us. I would definitely recommend it, although I recognize the cost may be a barrier for smaller organizations. Overall, Sprout Social is an excellent fit for us owing to our budget and its extensive features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing of Sprout Social challenging, especially for smaller organizations that might not have the budget to afford it. Additionally, there are a few API restrictions that limit the ability to capture certain reporting pieces, like link clicks through stories, and other analytics that aren't available. Although I understand that these issues are connected to API limitations, it would be incredibly helpful if Sprout Social could navigate or solve these problems.

Sprout Social helps me manage customer interactions at a large scale and provides robust reporting and analytics. It enables quick and effective report building and sharing with stakeholders, enhancing both customer service and internal communication.
Intuitive and Ever-Improving, But Needs NextDoor Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The product is intuitive and easy to use. It is also always updating and improving based on user feedback. Customer Support is quick and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would connect to NextDoor. That would make my job so much easier - as well as so many local government agency accounts. Tagging accounts and locations for Meta could be improved; often it is unable to find a city location or provides "suggested locations" that are not at all what I'm looking for. You have to do a lot of research ahead of time to properly tag another account or page, because the search feature/integration into Sprout cannot seem to find the people or places, despite having previously connected with the page or following them on the platform.

ROI Reporting and Planning/Publishing on multiple platforms, making my work more efficient.
All-in-One Social Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
having everything in one place. social can be a LOT to manage and having one platform that integrates so nicely with meta, tiktok, pinterest makes my life so much easier lol we use it every single day and i don't know where i would be without it
What do you dislike about the product?
it does take a minute to learn the platform but once you understand, it is so great. thankfully you guys have great customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really appreciate having everything organized in one place. As I mentioned before, there are so many different metrics, inboxes, and other elements to manage that it can get overwhelming. It's a relief to have everything consolidated, especially when it comes to using workflows to approve planned content.
