Effortless Messaging and Time-Saving Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout Social is its user-friendly design. It allows me to manage all our messages from Instagram & FB in a single location thanks to the ease of integration, making it easy to spot when someone sends a table request and respond promptly. This not only saves time but also streamlines communication with our customers, making it really easy to implement all our processes. Also great for scheduling posts, specially for nights when club is going to be busy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I LOVE the web browser/website version, I feel the app itself could be slightly more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps solve the problem of keeping up with all our messages from different social media accounts. Instead of checking each one separately, everything comes into one inbox. This makes it easier to see table requests or customer questions and respond quickly. It saves time and helps us give better, faster service.

User-Friendly Reporting with Room for IG Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the reporting features of Sprout Social. Creating a custom report is incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to easily hover over metrics to understand what they are showing. This feature is incredibly useful for gaining deeper insights and understanding data at a glance. Additionally, the ability to compare time periods when analyzing reports is extremely beneficial in tracking and assessing performance over time. The ease of initial setup was also a highlight for me. Moving from Falcon to Sprout Social was straightforward and smooth, greatly aided by the helpful support team member who was there to assist us throughout the process. These aspects make Sprout Social a valuable tool for managing social media effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limitations in scheduling mixed-media carousels for Instagram frustrating. Additionally, the inability to schedule carousels larger than 10 images and the lack of support for scheduling Instagram Stories are significant drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling and reporting, enabling collaboration with clients, user-friendly custom reports, and valuable insights, though it lacks some advanced Instagram scheduling features.
User-Friendly Platform with Powerful Scheduling and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that you can plan and schedule all your social media posts months in advance, and I find the platform very user-friendly, which is especially helpful for newcomers. I also value the reporting features, and I particularly like that Advocacy metrics are included.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be even better if it offered more comprehensive Advocacy reporting features. Additionally, having the ability to manage our own tags, would be very useful. I wish it could also allow us to schedule documents directly on the platform as well.

It has been useful for managing our social media calendar.
User-Friendly Platform with Intuitive Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very user-friendly! Our clients can go in and review/approve without fuss. The platform is really clean, with so many benefits that are also easy to understand, implement, and navigate (like tags and workflows). Everything is really straightforward. We can finally create one post, select multiple platforms, and edit the caption/time per platform, which saves so much time in workflow (this is my favorite feature).
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you cannot connect individual Instagram profiles outside of Meta, like if we just want to connect individual Instagram accounts that are not associated with Meta, PLEASE UPDATE THIS, I'M BEGGING YOU! Sometimes the location tagging for Instagram doesn't always pull in the same locations as on the platform itself, and that can be a bit annoying. I also wish there were a way to send ONE email out to a client for post reviews instead of a single email per post, and then any comments or edits that come after that could be sent to the client, however. But minimizing inbox spamming for reviews and approvals would be great, or giving us the option to customize how we'd like to send out notifications to clients.

Having one place to do all social management is great! This saves so much time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social allows me to visually see the full content calendar, which makes scheduling across multiple social media platforms a seamless experience. This feature not only enhances my ability to organize and plan but also saves us a lot of time by allowing simultaneous scheduling. The visual clarity helps in communicating the intended content with our clients effectively, ensuring there's a clear understanding of the scheduled posts. It’s also very beneficial in terms of streamlining the workflow, keeping everything centralized, which is particularly valuable for managing various social media strategies comprehensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find tagging people and businesses tricky when it comes to cross-platform scheduling. Sometimes it doesn't sync like it seems it should.

Sprout Social streamlines communication by organizing everything in one place, making it easy to visualize posts across platforms. It saves time, helps in scheduling for social media platforms, and facilitates visual communication with clients.
Effortless Social Scheduling and Optimal Posting Times
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to connect all of the social accounts from my agency into Sprout. I especially like the optimal time feature where it generates the best time to post based on daily traffic pattern. My agency has been using Sprout Social for a while and it definitely helped us schedule content more efficiently. Customer service is also very fast and helpful at times. I was able to train my employees to using Sprout pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how we can't add a story with a link or interactive sticker. Or how we cannot post 2 stories at a time on Instagram. I also don't love how often accounts get disconnected and me having to go in and connect all of the accounts. Additionally, I hope that Sprout comes up with a client review feature where clients can come in and edit captions/leave comments and approve contents to be ready to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to schedule multiple contents a day with various clienteles.
Effortless Social Media Management in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect and manage multiple social media accounts and postings all in one place makes it easy to stay on top of social media engagements. This also allows staff the ability to focus on other tasks because they don't have to spend as much time managing multiple social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features need improvement. There have been improvements in this area, but certainly room to grow.

Being able to manage all social media accounts in one place reduces the workload for social media focused staff.

I find Sprout Social easy to use, and this user-friendliness makes it extremely beneficial for daily work. I appreciate how quick and straightforward it is, which allows us to increase our work efficiency without any delays. This speed and simplicity are crucial factors that make Sprout Social an excellent tool for our team.

Worth the Cost: Stellar Scheduling and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social for its cross-scheduling abilities, which save me a tremendous amount of time by enabling me to schedule posts across multiple platforms, such as X, Facebook, and Threads, simultaneously. The inclusion of a duplicate feature and an in-app 'preview' further enhances my efficiency and editing capabilities. Moreover, the use of emojis in scheduling offers a personal and engaging touch to my posts. The platform's custom analytics are highly valuable, providing insightful data that accommodate the nuanced analytics needs of each platform I manage. This has been incredibly beneficial for capturing the unique performance metrics of different social media platforms all within the same interface. Overall, Sprout Social's comprehensive set of features makes it superior to other tools I have used previously, like Hootsuite and Buffer, and justifies its cost in terms of the value and time savings it provides. It has been an essential tool in my toolkit since 2018.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss having the Inbox feature for manually responding to every follower gained on X and driving them to the website. I understand this was due to an API change from X and not an issue with Sprout Social itself. Additionally, the pricing is a bit high, which might be a concern for some users, although I find it worth the investment.

I use Sprout Social to automate content scheduling across multiple platforms, saving significant time and providing comprehensive analytics, which enhances my social media management efficiency.
