Identifies market ideas quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I'm getting great benefits from using it frequently for advertising space and the idea of getting clients; we always do multiple advisories on how to manipulate campaigns. Sprout Social's support is fast, efficient, and attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be easier for new users to adopt internal guides to orient them and save time in continuous training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented a very effective advertising plan that prioritizes campaign distribution and social media management at the corporate level, and Sprout Social has influenced some very risky decision-making in the awarding of new prospects.

It is truly a giant in the marketing and digital advertising industry; I have done multiple projects with Sprout Social.
A resource not very affordable but with great functionalities to manage social networks
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social combines simplicity and efficiency when starting to manage social networks; I use it to manage my organization's social channels, and so far, it has not given me any problems, on the contrary, it has been the solution to many; I have been able to plan and publish on social networks without any setbacks, it has good views and special monitoring and analysis capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's mobile app is not very good as the desktop version is, and its price is a bit high if we are browsing the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is a much-needed asset in my organization; since using it, we have noticed an overwhelming growth in our brand around social media and follower interaction with our constant posts. Scheduling posts has helped me keep social media always up and running while saving me a substantial amount of time and energy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's just great, a tool that I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and interested parties; there is no easier way to schedule posts and keep track of social media than Sprout Social.
Over-priced and Under-serviced
What do you like best about the product?
The social calendar workflow is a decent solution for getting client approval for scheduled posts before they go live
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is absolutely abysmal and the pricing structure is deliberately over-complicated in order to force you to sign up for increasingly overpriced add ons that barely function.
The analytics are ABSOLUTE garbage and cannot be trusted.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout on and off for several years and they are in my opinion, the best option. They ensure they stay competitive by consistently adding new features and integrations, and their reporting system is second to none. Their account managers are willing to work with you and are always available to assist with support. The interface is very intuitive and seamless to use. They also offer a large range of training videos and make it easy for anyone new to use and explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can complain about. Any issues I have experienced are minimal and usually resolved by support.

Social media scheduling, co-scheduling, social media monitoring and listening, discovering new influencers, replying to direct messages, analyzing our data against competitors

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about sprouts social is the fact that there is ways to look at advanced media monitoring and trends. I also use the scheduler which I really like because you can post and schedule for the entire week or you know the entire year.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about the software is that when you are deleting subsequent posts let's say they are for like on a monthly basis if you want to delete it for one specific day you actually delete it for the whole series they should make it that you can cancel one day and not the entire series.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving understanding what is trending within social media and what that means is instead of doing all the analytics and research myself it's already a tool built within as period as well I am able to recognize how well my social is doing and predict future analytics and insights and outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduler the best, it is better than the free one that comes with Facebook/Instagram and supports so many other platforms. I feel like this is definitely their strongest feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting really needs a ton of work. For example, they made us upgrade to the most expensive premium package in order to be able to split organic vs paid traffic data. However, on Facebook, our paid traffic data is still polluting out organic data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving a ton of time scheduling everything in one place. Also, their analytics, while quit flawed, still helps us a ton with our reporting when it is time to make our monthly reports.
Very Robust! Great for an enterprise!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has all the bells and whistles! My favorite aspects are the social listening tools and the ability to assign tasks to other users. Sprout goes far beyond simply scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a defintely a learning curve with Sprout. It isn't the most user friendly platform and if you are a small businesses or small non profit it is probably not worth it to get this platform that has so many features rather than a simpler platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has been excellent for allowing me to gain insights on posts created by brand ambassadors using the social listening tool. This is a game-changer to have accountability and metrics for our micro-influencers.

Consider the size of your business and the breadth of your social media needs. If you are a one person social media team, this likely will overwhelm you. If you are part of a true social team, this is great!
Great social media management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social can support a variety of platforms and even allows customizable elements for certain posts/networks (changing thumbnails for videos on FB and Instagram).
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't manually post things like Instagram carousels, Reels, or longer videos on IGTV. The platform lacks certain customizable features for platforms like Linkedin, so even with the software I still find myself posting manually 30% of the time. I like it, but it's not perfect. The software glitches out a lot too and makes certain posts fail or disappear. Lack of full post-editing features with certain platforms, timestamps are inaccurate and change based on the mode I use (mobile vs computer). I still have to rely on external planning like Google Sheets to make up for the lack of posts that can "show up" in the platform (Reels, Tik Tok, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The app doesn't allow me to simplify my posts in a one-stop-shop necessarily, but it helps me make the majority of posts. The platform is especially useful for our customer content managers, as they can access Facebook DMs and other customer inquiries without full access to all our social profiles.

Consider using this as an aid, not a one-stop fix.
An easy access for all things social media!
What do you like best about the product?
Report gathering and reliability. It's quite easy to understand, and we use it consistently to communicate with our customers. It's easy to use, has filtering options and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Threading, particularly the way messages from incoming customers are described as a separate notification but this is purely a personal preference. Other than that it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with our customers via Social Media is much easier, It's fast and has all the data we might have a use for. Making the transition to it was a good choice.

It's easy, quite good compared to the previous option we had; It's a solid choice. The mobile app is quite good as well.

I am happy to keep old marketing projects on this platform and then edit them to update clients. The support is a positive element, in addition to its price to the public.

It is noticeable that there is a deficiency with automation; sometimes, these processes give errors and must be done traditionally.

Sprout Social has encouraged our marketing model in all aspects; every day, we are more critical for the industrialization of the virtual world; it is extremely incredible to find the guidelines of the brands and increase sales.
