Outstanding Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is by far the most useful and easy. Pulling data for higher ups is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging other companies in Sprout is hit or miss. Sometimes the company won't pop up at all. I will have to manually go in once it's live to natively tag a company or person. Also for competitors, I can only have Facebook as the channel when looking at their content? Facebook isn't our biggest channel so taking that info is hit or miss as far as being helpful. It is also one of the most expensive tools we use on the whole marketing team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've worked with smaller budgets where we couldn't afford a premium tool like sprout and it just makes your workflow more spread out. One tool to see what your grid will look like, one for posting, one for data, one for planning, and doing competitor research by yourself. So biggest problem it solves is efficiency, time, accuracy.
Sprout has been a genuine game-changer for my daily tasks and long-term projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is crafted to be extremely user-friendly and highly organized, which guarantees a seamless and efficient experience for users like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems to be perfect and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout Social for more than 10 years, and I enjoy the ease of the user interface and the way data is visualized in a simple, effective way. I use Sprout Social every day for community management, which is incredibly helpful for connecting and managing messages and comments on busy channels. The reports are informative and not overwhelming, and my clients love seeing the competitive reports to help with their benchmarking. I appreciate that the Sprout Social team continues to innovate and educate, and I am a loyal fan for life!

I wish their social listening platform tapped into TikTok. Otherwise, no complaints!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social allows me to schedule a month's worth of content for multiple platforms in just a few minutes, eliminating the need to go to each specific platform individually. This saves me significant time and hassle as I can post seamlessly across various platforms with ease. I find the ability to manage multiple different accounts simultaneously very beneficial, especially for handling different clients. The centralized space for managing alt text, hashtags, and captions further enhances my workflow efficiency. I also appreciate the AI alt text generator which adds a layer of convenience. The added feature of posting to multiple platforms at once is another standout advantage that makes Sprout Social indispensable in my social media management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the location feature for Instagram reels and posts does not always work well.

I find Sprout Social invaluable for scheduling a month's worth of content quickly across multiple platforms, which saves me time. Its centralized platform allows me to manage alt text, hashtags, and captions efficiently, and I can use multiple accounts for different clients.
Simplifies Social Media Management, Minor Thumbnail Issue
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social because it makes managing several accounts easier, especially with mobile publishing and scheduling in advance at the most active times. This feature is a big help because I can't always stay on top of all the publishing posts at the right time. I also found the initial setup to be so easy and great.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling in advance, you can put a thumbnail photo but whenever I set the publishing reminder and it comes to my phone to post, the thumbnail isn't there.

Sprout Social helps me schedule and manage content across multiple platforms and manage several accounts by allowing mobile publishing and scheduling posts in advance.
Reliable Platform with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over four years, primarily for pulling demographics and making potential recommendations for creator campaigns at my agency, and I am very satisfied with its offerings. One of the key aspects I love about Sprout Social is its easy usability and the good support staff, which is always available to help with any questions and responds quickly. I appreciate the platform's ability in handling locations and demographics, especially for brands and creators, which helps in hiring and recommending for campaigns, and to see a competitive landscape. Additionally, I find the platform's analytics, especially the focus on engagement rates and evolving dynamics, very insightful. The reliability of Sprout Social is outstanding; it is very communicative in terms of updates and keeps us informed about any issues and new features. For these reasons, I gave it a solid 10 out of 10 when asked how likely I would recommend it to a colleague or friend. It's one of the few platforms I've consistently used and found dependable.

I think Sprout Social could improve on being more user-friendly. Finding ways to make the platform easier to navigate and ensuring that all features are intuitive would be beneficial.

Easy to use on Day 1 even if you've never heard of Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Analytics are extremely easy to understand and find. I am able to create reports right in the platform to send directly to stakeholders so they can remain updated on our social performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content especially in advance so I can focus on other parts of the marketing elements in my role or when Im gone on vacation.

Additionally, I appreciate the robust reporting capabilities, enabling me to conduct detailed comparative analyses and track our progress over different time periods with ease. This feature particularly stands out in helping me quickly respond to inquiries about the performance of specific posts. The ability to manage multiple social media apps through one publishing feature is another aspect I find highly valuable. It allows for seamless customization of content across different platforms without having to redundantly input information. Furthermore, the support team at Sprout Social has proven to be highly efficient, resolving any issues I encounter swiftly, as exemplified by their quick resolution of my notification issue on a past occasion. I also commend the addition of new features, such as alt text capabilities and Blue Sky, which enhance the platform's functionality and contribute significantly to our commitment to ADA compliance. This automatic inclusion of captions and alt text across platforms saves me a lot of time and ensures our social media content remains accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that the mobile app of Sprout Social does not allow me to add alt captions. This limitation requires me to switch to my desktop to complete this task, which disrupts my workflow and adds unnecessary steps. I am aware that their team is working on resolving this, but until then, it's a noticeable drawback in my user experience.

Super Intuitive and Easy to Use, Minor Issues Aside
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and very intuitive. I didn't need any special training to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy to use. The only issue is that it occasionally has to disconnect our accounts for verification. It seems to be fairly frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for our team to schedule multiple posts at a time and also track our results across multiple platforms.
Effortless Social Management with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a great tool that i use weekly. It is easy to use, and saves so much time being able to post to all social platforms in one place. Customer support has always been helpful and answer all questions in a timely manner. My workplace has used Sprout Social for 5+ years and will continue to use it for many more!

I have yet to find what i dislike about Sprout Social, no complaints!
