Great platform for managing multiple accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UX/UI and detailed analytics and seamless communication and task assignment between team members. I also enjoy the listening tool to keep track of what is being said about our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like the platform doesn't integrate IG accounts well: ad comments don't show and can't see the content of DMs sometimes
In the smart inbox, it would be great to see the number of private messages per user instead of by message
I would like to see a better integration of Arabic since as of now the platform isn't Arabic friendly
The listening tool still has room for improvement such as searching by specific periods, filter tweets/replies/retweets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped our team see all types of messages for different accounts in one place and engage with our users in a timely manner It has also really been helpful in gauging our users' sentiment and keeping track of all the comments and messages we receive from them thanks to the tagging system.
It is easy and very visual, but not freely editable
What do you like best about the product?
How visual the interface is. It is easy for me to create reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot deep dive in some kpis or the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as social media manager, so sprout is one of my most used tools.

It is not the smoothest tool for costumer service, but it really works for social reports.
No bugs but maybe not enough features
What do you like best about the product?
Robust platform on pc, friendly customer service (some staff goes far and beyond to assist), dependable services overall and good stats, ease of use. Compared to other marketing platforms it is way less buggy and offers more features (such as inbox for message management) and decent reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web has changed since TikTok and Sprout hasn't followed, we have to use another platform for our Tik Tok needs. There's essential features missing from the platform (publishing in the client's time zone, no reels, sceduling mixed media carousels on instagram not an option, etc.) and a couple interface bugs, some of which have been resolved and some not.
Customising your reports comes with an additional fee. There's also other services such as listening, but our clients haven't shown an interest so far, probably because even big brands consider it too expensive. The mobile app takes a very long time to load, even on flagship phones, and has UX issues (eg. its calendar feature is a tad confusing and doesn't always show what's scheduled next).

It makes our lives easier. If things go south (which is normal with any Saas) we know there is always someone available to assist. It helps us organise our day-to-day tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It might be the second most expensive platform of its kind in the market, but you only get what you pay for. In the long run, if you are an agency it might be worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an efficient and effective social media management tool when it comes to handling multiple social media accounts across many different accounts. It is accurate with the notifications and it is super quick when it comes to publishing content to a business's social media page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are technical glitches but that is like with anything these days. Overall, I would say I don't have anything bad to say about Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved my company's problem of managing over 120 social media accounts for various companies by having all publications, content, and notifications all in one location and we are able to interact with customers and manage the social media pages much more effectively and efficiently than ever before. Sprout is an answer to our social media dilemma.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, It's super helpful to not only overview the client's different Social Media but get the insights from the management side of things to track everyone's performance as well in a pretty streamlined interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm, nothing I can think of, so far everything's been great.

Satisfy the client's needs to have their Social Media moderated, as well as get the overview we need for QA and performance for the Mods.
A Robust (and Continually Growing) Social Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an ad strategist, I love the reporting tools. Tracking post performance allows us to select the best content for promotion and listen for audience responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our social profiles disconnect periodically, which can slow things down sometimes. These are planned disconnections and are likely linked to security objectives, but if a team member doesn't have the right permissions, sometimes they're stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us to keep track of how our content is performing and allows us to follow customer comments. It's an awesome mix of quantitative and qualitative data that adds depth to our reporting.

Try it out. You'll quickly find that it saves time and provides amazing value.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple. Not complicated or busy. Dashboards are useful and not overwhelming. The app is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
inability to post IG stories. No TikTok functionality. Link in bio takes like 15 minutes to update. Reporting module costs 10X what the whole base tool does...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto publishing. Help with planning and reporting. Approval workflows are great.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I like the layout of Sprout Social when I am working in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have struggled with our profiles getting disconnected on an almost daily basis lately. That has been extremely frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disconnected profiles is the issue we have. It hasn't been solved. There doesn't seem to be a way to fix it.

Easy to schedule content and view metrics

I haven't worked with many competitive systems before so not the best person to evaluate.

Scheduling and measuring! Sprout makes it so easy to put together a calendar of content and the metrics report is awesome!

Sprout Social is full of fantastic features for companies and large businesses. It makes it manageable to handle numerous social media accounts in a single intuitive interface.
In addition, Sprout Social’s Smart Inbox is distinct and more robust than the interfaces of other social media monitoring tools, such as Hootsuite, especially if you’re used to seeing social streams side by side.

The subscription fee can be far too pricey for larger account teams, and you’ll need to select the Advanced package to get the most out of the platform.

Our business wanted a social media management software package to simplify our daily list of social-related tasks, which accounts for workflow, publishing, and reporting tools.
Sprout Social does a terrific job of aiding our team with getting things done by retaining a healthy focus on this aspect of social media management. We've found it extremely helpful to set different permission levels for various team members, which provides a great way to customize the interface based on each team's tasks.
