The Go-To For Social Reports
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's reporting tools are really great for seeing an overview of how your social profiles are doing. I also appreciate the community management features and how easy the scheduling is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe this feature is coming or maybe at a higher level, but I wish I was able to send content for approval to clients through Sprout.
One feature that could be added is an option to schedule the same content across platforms but change the caption slightly for special tagging and such. Right now, you have to duplicate a post and edit it that way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a place to manage different layers of my social media marketing. It's especially helpful for the reporting as I mentioned. Clients love seeing all that detail.
Best Bang for Your Buck
What do you like best about the product?
It's a relatively cheap tool compared to most of the competitors out there. Their support team is unmatched, and I use the chat feature within the tool tons and always get a great response. It has everything I need from scheduling and tagging to reporting and listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some customization features I'd like to see, such as being able to select tags in post reports but exclude others that may also be tagged as the initial tag, if that makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to tag posts and separate things into campaigns is a great help when it comes to reporting or justifying our work to leadership. Listening is also a great feature to have. Reporting is also a breeze now.
Social Media efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to schedule future social media posts. The dashboard is easy to use. Love the ease with which I can approve posts. Works very well for what our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about it. It's a complete system that works flawlessly. I hope it'll continue to add other social media platforms to make it more efficient in posting content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to post on multiple social media outlets all at once. We can help plan posts in the future to maintain what we need to focus on month to month. Because if it, we have been able to connect to more people.
Sprout is great for anyone in social
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of reporting that Sprout gives me. It's super easy to get to the view that I want, quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the scheduling view as much as other platforms (doesn't allow twitter threads).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social reporting, responding to messages from the platform. Sprout saves time by eliminating the need to bounce between 5-10 accounts to get things done.
Sprout Social is very user friendly.

They have content that is easy to use. If the content wasn't specific to my local area, they would be able to create information for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there would be limited content about something specific, such as annual meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have a graphics editor on staff, so using Sprout Social is beneficial in not needing to hire a graphics editor.

They are easy to reach and quick to respond to you.

Sprout's publishing and community management features are great. We recently upgraded to the Advanced tier, and it has changed the game when it comes to community management for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much, but there are some weird UX things that could be improved. The smart inbox is a bit finicky sometimes, but overall fulfills the purpose for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a game-changer for our community management. We are able to better manage and measure inbounds, and have cut the time spent managing our inbounds in half!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, ability to add so many profiles and the easy team collaboration

The things it can't do due to Insta's API restrictions such as story and reel push-throughs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to manage the social communities and content creation for 19 clients across 3 different social channels. It's made this as easy as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We would recommend it as an agency solution, as it offers everything you need to successfully run lots of social profiles and undertake community management too. The cost is worth it for us!
Easy project management to keep social organized
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it very easy to assign tasks to and alert key stakeholders in the social planning/execution process.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really a knock but there is a ton of functionality to optimize your experience and without proper onboarding you may miss out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it alongside our social agency and it's helping to ensure that no balls get dropped from strategy to execution. We're now able to approve messaging on the fly and have significantly increased our presence across mutliple social channels.
Community Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Love that everything is all in one place. It makes keeping track of the ever growing different social media platforms so much simpler. Our agency is using a beta version for TikTok and that has been great so far as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frusterating that you cannot "like" or "heart" a Instagram comments. You can for stories, but not the actual comments on grid posts. It makes more work to have to go into Instagram and do it manually. I also find that the search function doesn't work very well. I'll use key words for completed posts and most of the time nothing comings up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes problem solving with collegues far easier. The ability to internally tag other co-workers and discuss how to handle certain interations is invaluable.
Makes Social Media Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Previous to using Sprout, I would spend a good part of my day toggling between social media channels. Now, I have everything I need in one simple site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still not easy to use for Instagram posts. Also, I have to re-verify that account often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measurement is always difficult if you use the site tools. Sprout's reports are much easier to create and offer an excellent snapshot I can pass on to my board.
