What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for managing client accounts, and it’s been an excellent tool, especially for reporting and brand listening. The analytics are clean, detailed, and easy to present to clients, which helps demonstrate ROI and refine our social strategy. The brand listening features give valuable insights into audience sentiment and trending topics, helping shape smarter, more data-driven campaigns. Overall, it’s a powerful, professional platform for anyone managing multiple brands or accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve and it takes a bit of time to figure out how to use everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage multiple client accounts efficiently by centralizing publishing, engagement, and reporting in one place. It solves the problem of jumping between different platforms and tools by streamlining workflows and keeping communication organized. The in-depth reporting and brand listening tools give me valuable insights into audience behavior, content performance, and brand sentiment—allowing me to refine strategy, demonstrate ROI, and make smarter, data-driven decisions for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly valuable for its ease and efficiency in managing multiple social media accounts and generating reports, which initially drew us to the platform. Its Listening tool is a standout feature that helps us capture content from specific individuals or accounts, ensuring we stay informed about what people are saying about our organization, which is essential for non-reactionary management. The setup process was smooth and well-supported by Sprout Social's onboarding team, who ensured we were prepared to utilize the platform fully. I appreciate their in-depth guidance, especially with the Listening tool, which includes setting up queries that are crucial for our operations. Sprout Social simplifies our reporting process, enabling us to efficiently generate monthly and quarterly reports for leadership with just a few clicks, a significant improvement over the previous manual methods. The Publishing tools save us time by allowing us to draft and schedule posts directly within the platform, obviating the need to move between different platforms. Additionally, the integration with Canva is a game-changer for our team, streamlining our workflow by eliminating extra steps. I also value the excellent customer service we receive, particularly from our account representative, who provides tailored advice to suit our organizational needs without pushing unnecessary upsells. Overall, these aspects make Sprout Social indispensable to our daily operations and strategy, evidenced by my willingness to recommend it with a perfect score of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are a little clunky, like posting to stories, but not a deal breaker.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social's ease of use and intuitive interface, which makes it incredibly user-friendly. This simplicity allows me to quickly find resources for tools or new features I might be exploring, ensuring I can work efficiently and solve any issues that arise without wasting time. The platform's design helps me convincingly demonstrate the value of social media to my leaders, showcasing key metrics that highlight the return on investment from our organic social programs. Additionally, I find the setup process quite straightforward, with easy integration and authentication of our social channels, allowing us to get up and running with minimal hassle. The availability of resources on the Sprout Social website further supports my decision-making process, ensuring I maximize the utility of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I find some of Sprout Social's integration capabilities lacking. It does not natively support integration with newer or emerging social media platforms like BlueSky, Mastodon, and Reddit. This limitation hinders my ability to publish and monitor content across all the platforms we are interested in using cohesively. This API issue is common among most similar platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for work tasks like posting, scheduling, and data handling. I like how intuitive and customizable it is, especially the tagging customizations. It makes it easy to preschedule posts in advance and pull data. I love being able to create macros to mass tag posts that have gone viral, which saves me time and makes data collection more straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, and I find it to be a better all-around product compared to Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a feature where if you retroactively tag a post it would automatically update all the posts after it to have that tag, even if they have already been posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for posting, scheduling, and data collection. It makes it easy to preschedule posts in advance and pull data, saving me time. The intuitive interface and customizable tagging features, like creating macros, streamline managing viral posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can manage all of our clients and their accounts in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the social listening is an add on, seems like it should be included in the normal package. I don't feel like there's enough to that capability to justify it being considered separate.

Sprout allows us to streamline social media management and reporting for many clients at once.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar has a very clear and simple layout, which helps our creative skills while planning content. It is easy to share and seek approvals from our reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can include location-wise follower counts for LinkedIn business pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have trouble downloading reports from the META & LinkedIn directly; the format is not easy to navigate. With Sprout, it is easy for us to download and apply a formula to make it a more detailed version
