Slick and intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
The task management has been essential for managing responses to comments across our organisation - as different teams manage different areas of content. It has helped to keep everything on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
When responding to a story, the visual only lasts 24 hours. If you aren't able to get to your tasks within that time period, it can be hard to know what the comment was referring to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management is the biggest problem that Sprout Social is solving for us. It allows me to dip into the system as and when needed - so has definitely helped with overall productivity

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use the social media scheduling calendar in my role. I like how it gives an overview of all outgoing content at a glance. I also appreciate the additional features included such as it's comprehensive data analytics tool and Instagram link-in-bio integration. I see that the team has also consistently improved the platform with better Instagram integration (previously, we would have to publish on mobile via push-notification).
What do you dislike about the product?
These are not dislikes per se, but I do have a wish list of future features which includes,

1. Better social media listening tools for PR and crisis management purposes
2. Better media editing tools, similar to Canva
3. Ability to engage other accounts and posts (retweet, etc) through the Sprout interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social mainly helps us reduce the time taken to manage social media content. Additionally, it helps easily pull social media data when comparing YoY and preparing reports.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout is how easy it is to see daily stats and also share the workload with your colleagues. The task list is handy when you have a particularly busy day across socials, I also love the fact that Google Reviews is part of Sprout Social - as this is also a huge help as I use this a lot in my particular role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be frustrating as you can't open all attachments on Instagram, this has come up as a recurring issue when speaking to customers - however, we have told Sprout this and they're looking into it which is great! It is also difficult to search @ usernames, sometimes Sprout doesn't recognise them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have mentioned above that the Instagram attachments are something they're looking into - I also must add that whenever they've had a server issue they have always let us know straight away. Excellent service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely would recommend for businesses who want an easy to use and effective way to track social media trends and traffic!

I haven't found anything I dislike. The reporting is very easy to use and digest. The system is very straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
It's feature-packed and the support works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's currently no TikTok support available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding new users take time, but Sprout offers help via personal video calls to get the new colleagues on board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Accept Sprout's offer to get support setting everything up and let them explain to you how to manage everything. This saves you a lot of time!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy enough to pick up and use. I was able to get my accounts connected.

I am not sure if it's sprout or not but I have an auto answer somewhere I can't find

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting tool allows us to work more efficiently. I like the way the platform looks, it's very easy to navigate. Easy publishing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have live data, it's always one or two days old, so when we're pulling a report we have to choose two days before as the date otherwise the data never matches.
Some of the reporting time is not in our time zone, very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how our campaigns are performing.
Driving efficiencies in getting back to customers and publishing content.

What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using Sprout SOcial it was super easy to learn, with no extensive training. That is crucial when you have 10 million projects and are already under water in your new role at your new company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it easily synched to Airtable so that I could synch all the metrics to my Airtable Bases for visual reporting on KPIs, this would make my end-of-month reporting a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that at a glance I can see how well posts are doing to quickly evaluate the success or failure of a social media campaign. It makes staying on the mark so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and can manage multiple accounts at a time. Additionally, the reporting section is extremely useful, especially considering you can narrow down to review performance about certain topics when you use tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no capability to edit posts going to different channels so if you want to post the same thing across multiple channels and make minor edits for each channel you have to make multiple posts. Additionally, there's no Google Drive Sync/asset library so all images have to be downloaded to your computer and then upload to Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes metric tracking easier because all the metrics for all the channels are in one specific place as opposed to spread out across multiple different platforms.

Great Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
The organization and ability to find all my scheduled social content easily. I use it for my department and we have about 100 accounts set up and its a great way to schedule my content months in advance and feel at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts tend to get disconnected a lot which causes posts not to go out. Also, you are unable to post to Instagrams that are not attached to Facebook pages which makes it inconvenient at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently on a beta trial for scheduling stories.
