A Powerful Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy-to-use and we can schedule/publish social posts seamlessly. Account Executives are also easy to reach, are able to answer any questions as needed and keep you up-to-date with the latest updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social makes a lot of updates and keeps its users informed with future updates in the platform. In the near future, it would be greatly appreciated if Sprout had the capability to schedule Twitter polls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently added the Q2 Product Roadmap Webinar where I learned that Sprout Social's team is internally working on the functionality to reshare LinkedIn posts. It will also be great to schedule content for TikTok.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering Sprout Social, you should try it out. It's a great social media management tool that will aid your business. Sprout Social offers a free trial period. So, you can see if it's the right fit for you. In addition, you can also chat with an Account Executive and have them walk you through the platform so you understand each component.
Stand-out software in a crowded market - works every time!
What do you like best about the product?
We've tried a variety of platforms and software solutions for social media scheduling - from the name brands to more niche, 'independent' type platforms and they have all let us down in one way or another, either through lack of functionality of technical issues. Sprout Social works every time and supports all the tools, platforms and integrations we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is on the upper end of the market which makes it difficult to justify for clients that are on the lower end of our offerings, which means we are not always able to use Sprout Social for clients on lower packages. Not really a critique of the software, but really is the only 'downside' of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we were facing was the lack of the correct support for platforms, the lack of an intuitive UI and the incessant technical difficulties we faced with other platforms constantly failing to post scheduled posts on the regular. Sprout Social has resolved those issues.
There are some easy features and good UX. But there are some serious missing pieces.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate around the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive for the added capabilities.
We're unable to add additional images, especially from ads, into the report. So clients are not able to get a good picture (literally) of ads and how they're performing.
We're not able to present a lot of the data in graphs to help communicate the momentum.
It's in portrait formatting when a lot of our competitors are presenting their reporting in screen-friendly landscape mode.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're not solving our ability to show the true impact of social.
Would recommend if working with multiple clients
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the reporting section. It makes it easy to share wins with clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling takes time. I wish there were a way I could schedule one post but tweak it from different platforms simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple clients at a time. All scheduling and reporting in one place.
Easy tool
What do you like best about the product?
How visual the platform is when you're using it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish the posts to approve weren't as tall so I could see more on a single page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool to queue and schedule all 63 of our accounts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend!
Great social management platform with extensive analytical tools
What do you like best about the product?
Great for businesses of all sizes but personally I think it's one of the most user-friendly and informative ways to monitor your social media channels. I use the scheduling tool to draft and schedule posts. The analytics help monitor follower growth and interactions. The ability to have sub-accounts is also very useful as in my organisation we have different uses for social media accounts i.e. recruitment team respond to direct messages regarding our products while the marketing team would be responsible for organic post interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike. The only thing that may be useful is the ability to crop images in the post scheduling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to plan, draft and schedule posts to go out at different times of the day which means that I don't have to be live posting. The ability to respond to queries across all platforms in place is also very useful as I don't have to jump from one platform to another. Social media analytics is also something that I would have to report on and share with stakeholders which sprout really helps by streamlining the process by consolidating all our platforms.
Changing your social media
What do you like best about the product?
It's been an easy to use platform for collaboration on social media posts. This is saving us multiple emails, and saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a dislike. It's been intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is more than one person involved in the creation and approval process for our social media strategy. This has allowed us to quickly review the posts and send feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social is an easy-to-use way to save time when creating and approving posts.
Good tool for competitor listening
What do you like best about the product?
One stop solution for social media listening for yourself and competition across different mediums.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing to twitter feature is useful but it shows up on the tweets as "sent from sproutsocial".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better social media maangement, improving brand presence.
Great Support and Great Availability
What do you like best about the product?
Multichannel platform of a great support
What do you dislike about the product?
If two-factor authentication is not on it doesn't work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling in details, making publication easy and stress-free
Sprout is a great tool for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Sprout is that you can toggle between mutliple views after scheduling a full month. I frequently use the calendar view and feed scroll view for reviewing/postings
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to Sprout is that we have to use other systems to service all our client needs. We upload a lot of IG stories/Reels and we aren't able to do that on this platform unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the problem of having to send multiple feed posts to clients/bombarding their emails. Here we can include a a whole month's scheduled posts in one email notification as not to bog down client inbox.
