Streamlined Social Posting with Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I love the capability of Sprout Social to streamline all my social posting into one platform. This functionality simplifies the entire posting process and makes my workflow significantly faster. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the ability to post to multiple platforms at one time, which is incredibly valuable. This feature eliminates several steps that I would normally have to go through, allowing me to log in to all our platforms from one site. It saves me time and ensures that I can convey the same message across all my platforms effortlessly. The ease of initial setup of Sprout Social was also a big plus for me, as I found it very easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find tagging people and accounts on different platforms to be slow. Sometimes Sprout Social can't find the right account, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to centralize all my social media posting, which streamlines the process and speeds up my workflow by eliminating unnecessary steps and allowing the same message to be posted across multiple platforms simultaneously.

The social inbox feature has been the most helpful feature our team utilizes.

Pay-blocks for social listening features. No major pain point with the platform.

We run about 7+ social media channels through Sprout Social, and it has allowed us to keep tabs on all these platforms and our community's engagement across these channels while also allowing us to connect, engage, and collaborate with all of the specific program and user accounts in our university community, which our overall brand account seeks to be active with,

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides a clean, reliable environment for managing multiple global social accounts under one workspace. The publishing tools, approval workflows, and shared calendar make coordination between regions and teams smooth. The analytics are clear and export-ready, which simplifies reporting for leadership. I also value how easy it is to monitor performance across organic, paid, and employee advocacy channels in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting flexibility could be stronger, especially for large, multi-brand setups like ours. Custom dashboards have limited filtering and grouping options, which makes it hard to tailor insights by business unit or campaign. Integration with paid social (LinkedIn and Meta) could also go deeper for cross-channel performance visibility. Pricing can feel high when scaling licenses across multiple regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps centralize all our global social media activity - from publishing and approvals to reporting and audience engagement - in one unified platform. It eliminates the need to manage multiple regional logins and spreadsheets, giving us a single source of truth for content performance and scheduling. The collaboration workflows help align our global and regional teams, while automated analytics and tagging save significant time on monthly reporting and campaign analysis. Overall, it’s improved visibility, governance, and efficiency across our digital marketing operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly I can get content up with Sprout Social, which greatly enhances my efficiency in social media management tasks. The tool's ability to swiftly manage content scheduling and inbox organization is a standout feature for my work at Southern Connecticut State University. Additionally, I find the reporting features incredibly beneficial, especially during crucial times of the year such as annual giving events and Commencement. These detailed insights help me track and optimize our social media strategies effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI features would be improved, and the ability to automate alt-text when uploading images would meet accessibility measures.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling, content, and inbox management, which streamlines social media tasks. The reporting features are crucial for events like annual giving and Commencement, and I appreciate the quick content upload capability.

It was straightforward and very user friendly. Dashboard is easy to navigate, scheduling posts on multiple platform is only a few clicks away.

If editing posts after publishing is possible, that'd would be great!

Sprout Social is gathering all Social Media Analytics needed for our organization to know which channel is working better, and how we could tailor content to the audience in different channels. It allows us to keep track of our performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social serves as an excellent tool for community management by allowing me to monitor and engage with consumers across different platforms in one single place. The ability to visualize all the messages I receive is really beneficial, and the feature of scheduling my content calendar for all platforms greatly enhances my efficiency. I enjoy how easy it is to put together reports and download them in a spreadsheet or PDF format, making them simple to share with my peers. The smart inbox feature is another standout, as it allows me to create personalized inboxes and filter through messages with ease. Furthermore, the platform enables me to pull reports and analytics efficiently, providing valuable insights for competitor analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experience challenges with data accuracy when it comes to Instagram Stories on Sprout Social, as there are inconsistencies compared to what I see on the Meta app. Additionally, it would be beneficial if Sprout Social could pull data from collaborator posts on Instagram, as I currently only see this data on the app, not within Sprout, unless it's my account that has posted. Another issue is the inaccuracy in the engagements generated from our Stories; specifically, interactions with stickers like poll votes or replies to a question or slider are not being accounted for.

Sprout Social helps me manage community engagement, organize messages from multiple platforms in one place, plan and publish content, and generate easy-to-share reports, enhancing productivity and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for its ease of use and efficiency in pre-scheduling posts, which saves me a significant amount of time and ensures that my company’s social media presence remains consistent. The feature allowing me to tag other accounts is particularly useful, as it helps in maintaining affiliations with posts related to my company. The inclusion of analytics tools is another standout feature, offering me insights into which posts perform well, and these insights are critical for refining my content strategy based on factors such as posting times and content types. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which allowed me to start benefiting from Sprout Social without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
For video posts, I am unable to tag other accounts, which limits the interactivity and collaboration aspects of my content. To achieve this, I have to request a collaboration post, which is less convenient. Additionally, I don't like that my Instagram account disconnects and needs to be reconnected occasionally, creating interruptions in my workflow and adding extra maintenance tasks.

I use Sprout Social to pre-schedule posts, saving time and maintaining consistent social media presence while utilizing analytics to optimize performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple clients from one easy-to-use workspace. Giving our team eyes on all interactions with clients' social media allows our team to respond quickly to customers of our clients with their questions or concerns, directly from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be a bit more in-depth and allow for integrations with Looker Studio and other data management software for custom reporting.
