What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule Reels to IG has been great! I also really love the detailed reporting, it has been great to take a deep dive into the analytics of each platform as well as see the
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to add thumbnail photos to Linked In videos. Would love to have the ability to schedule Facebook Reels!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have an in-depth view of reporting for each channel and it is also greatly helping us manage and track a large number of messages and comments we receive on our accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics suite is easy to use and very intuitive. I like being able to see how our competitors are performing and leveraging social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The full version is a bit pricey for our institution. If there was an a la carte option or a pay when we need a certain feature, that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making it easier to see our trends, without me needing to go to native platforms and wade through weeks of data.

it's nice to be able to use it to post on social media and also benefit from its analytics of it (optimal posting times etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of reporting when it comes time to share analytics with my team and my clients. The fact that I can simply share a link to the exact data I want my team to see is brilliant. No more feeling like they can't do their own deep dive to go beyond what I'm sharing with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was an in-house way to add captions to videos without having to create and upload a separate SRT file. It makes my life more complicated and makes uploading video content that's accessible to the disabled community more challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the problem of being able to post to multiple social media platforms without logging out and logging in over and over again. It allows me to reduce the number of people that have access to the passwords of the accounts I manage, which protects my clients.
Sprout social makes really easy to schedule posts
What do you like best about the product?
That you can schedule and forget it. Plus you can tag a company on the post - it just makes it easy for the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I reached out for help I had to chat and the person on the other side couldn't just see what I was doing on my screen. I had to schedule for it. But sometimes you need immediate help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the task of having to go to different social media channels to schedule posts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to schedule in Sprout. We can see everything that has gone out across all of our channels which keeps our whole team on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some posts require posting natively because the two platforms don't integrate together nicely.

Sprout is allowing us to schedule content ahead and not have to be on each app every time we want to post something.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to manage all our social platforms in one place! My favorite parts of the platform are the ability to bulk upload posts and the team collaboration feature. It allows my team to work with different teams internally and then discuss changes and edits to posts/campaigns within the tool itself, so nothing gets lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tool had the ability to post Instagram Stories and WeChat directly from Sprout. I've got team members in Asia that need to wait for my approval for all posts and having that ability to schedule Instagram Stories and WeChat would really help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has allowed for better team collaboration and oversight over all campaigns and posts before they go live. It also has become a great way for younger team members to understand the full process of planning social posts for a corporate brand.
Sprout Social is category king and a great asset for SM engagement management and planning.

Groups Management and Scheduling are the best

Complications and limitations with FB API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage very large Facebook groups, and sometimes keeping up with all of our social media outlets can become difficult. Sprout Social has helped us reign the noise from all of the users we manage and be more efficient with a smaller team.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Smart Inbox, scheduling, and reporting functions to be the most valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that some of the listening and reporting data isn't as dependable or accurate as I need it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is enabling our team to manage our cross-channel community engagement all in one place. It has made this crucial program more efficient and effective.
A great tool, with so many features
What do you like best about the product?
A really solid scheduling feature, great reports and a nice, solid UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey. For us, it's worth the cost but there are less expensive ways if you're just looking for scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making managing over 40 social profiles possible without me losing my mind.
