What do you like best about the product?
I really like the social calendar, approval and editing views. The bulk scheduling option is nice and that you can create a team and provide staff with directions and edits. I love the detailed reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I HATE the social dashboard. I want to see a full screen view of my tweets, friends tweets, followed hashtags, and competitors all in one place. I would like a dash board for IG and more. Monitoring isnt as easy as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving editing and visual requests for me. I am able to schedule a message and have a placeholder image before my photographer logs in to adjust visuals as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I love the customer support team the best. They're fast, responsive, and care about my needs. The tool is easy to use and makes my life easier! I really like the post performance reporting as well as the publishing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to functionality, but I think that's mostly due to social channel apis. I also don't like the cost of listening topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Solution allows me to do a core of my job as a social media manager much more efficiently. I'm also able to pull reports for my leadership team which shows the value of social.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how efficiently it functions smoothly & that it contains several channels of customer interaction making switching very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of large space for a detailed history on the right side of the chat window to have a visible note / chat summary or documentation to easily refer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity & boosting the number of customer transactions I handle. It's fast & easily tracks each conversation thru a web link.
Sprout is a very clear and efficient tool in social media marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several programs similar to Sprout and have to say that it has been my favorite by far. The insights are incredibly helpful in my quarterly/annual reports, the scheduling tools work great and stay up to date with the everchaning trends of social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sprout can be hard to navigate- something I specifically wish I could change would be the comparison date when analyzing data/engagements over a certain time period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit greatly from Spouts insights and reporting capabilities. The scheduling feature is also key for when I may not be in the office or am working ahead of time.

I wish the weekly metrics didn't combine all of my channels together. I'd like a summary per page.

Our previous platform had reliability issues. Sprout has been reliable and very easy to use from the start.
Comprehensive Social Management, Pricy Yet Smooth
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's Smart Inbox and 'single pane of glass' management interface, which centralizes notifications and communications from all disparate platforms. The functionality with all popular media platforms and scalable pricing are beneficial. I also appreciate the scheduling, social media listening, and reporting features. The initial setup was excellent and painless, allowing our small team to get up and running fast without much hassle. It lets our very small team handle engagement on several platforms without needing a lot of admin overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is on the high side and is not as flexible when we are trying to test client engagement and try to sell them on multiple social platforms. Some of the tool pricing is not worth the expense and a lot of clients want some sort of trial or complimentary period so they can visualize their ROI if they go all in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets our small team manage multiple platforms without much overhead, centralizing notifications with Smart Inbox. It reduces time spent switching between applications, making social media engagement and management easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is such a powerful tool. I love that we're able to manage multiple pages and platforms in one space. I work for a nonprofit, and our marketing department is just myself + my boss. Sprout is really going to help us keep things organized and provide some really awesome data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that posts are included in the Smart Inbox feature. It can get a little hard to navigate that section, especially when we have so many pages and posts. I also wish private messages were groups in threads rather than individual notifications in the Smart Inbox. Other than that tiny blip, I really love Sprout!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said above, our marketing department is VERY small. Sprout is helping us stay organized + on top of things. We're able to be more intentional about a posting strategy/campaigns, too!

It is a very intuitive platform, it's helped me organize my work better and handle multiple queries faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if Sprout merged messages from the same sender in a single column instead of multiple columns (one for each message) for the same thread.

Mostly in handling my employers customers' inquiries and issues.
my experience with Sprout has been great as it is an easy tool to reply to users.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful tool to reach out and reply to users as you can organize the type of messages that you get without having to scroll down through comments and messages that do not require attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the option to view the messages I have replied to throughout the week. Also, I don't like how DMs from the same user are not combined together in a single thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me by allowing me to answer simple questions and troubleshoot without having the user go through a ticket submission process using our website.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Sprout Social is seeing all your scheduled posts in one place. That, along with the real-time analytics are such a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing comes directly to mind other than perhaps a seamless integration of Canva or other third-party applications.

We are short-staffed at the moment and so, we have limited eyes on our socials. Sprout gives us the ability to not fall behind although we are short staffed
