A sophisticated and advanced social analytics dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I love the robust insights and how comprehensive our dashboard is built out to be (and we're on regular subscription without the additional features!) I like that it has the outbound hashtag feature which a lot of competitors don't have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be initially overwhelming to look at and there's a lot of side features. But that's more to love right? The post scheduler is also janky, I haven't really used it for that reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the grey area between what content is actually performing well and what we should do more of.
Review of Sprout for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the simplicity and dynamism it has to provide quick answers. I also like the tags to generate reports, they are excellent for measuring metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would improve is that the shortcuts don't activate on their own, because for example, I can't write words with "n" without an annoying tab opening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our company's social media account, the posts, the impact, we can schedule them, it's excellent.
Works well for planning and data!
What do you like best about the product?
The historical data is really helpful in Sprout. It makes weekly reporting very easy. The calendar for posting is also super helpful too. It makes keeping everything organized very easy, and lets you get ahead and not be rushing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the connected integrations could be better, like TikTok for example. It's not easy to schedule TikToks with sounds within the app or linking abilities, so we aren't able to fully utilize Sprout for TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reels is a good example of problems solved. Being able to schedule things to post when the team isn't working is also really helpful. It really makes being organized a lot easier.
Favorite platform I've used, but still needs work
What do you like best about the product?
THe reporting tool. I think it's a huge benefit to track previous successes and failures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support. I've been waiting a few weeks for problems to be solved and I can barely get an email back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content scheduling and it is keeping me from doing it by hand. Competitor reports is also saving me time from doing these reports manually. Listening tools we also find useful for competitor reporting.
Amazing product and even better customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout offers a very well-thought-out set of tools that covers what we need at the moment but can also be expanded with add-ons later. It's very user-friendly, and the customer service is exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Sprout for about four months daily, and I can't think of anything that wouldn't be helpful or that we dislike. However, I know there are features that would be nice to add in the future that just couldn't fit into this year's budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's definitely scheduling content for multiple social media outlets and the ease of pulling analytics data for literally anything we need. It's a huge help to 'stalk,' understand our audiences better and adjust our strategy accordingly. We spend much less time scheduling content and digging through metrics than before.

Sprout is the missing member of our team!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's intuitive reporting, scheduling, and insights are so critical to our team maximizing our reach. We are a small lean group that needs to hit several different audiences, and with Sprout it's so much easier. Not to mention the Customer Success team! They help us think strategy, new ways of using the tools and support our in house marketing team's efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is kind of pricey for a non-profit or very small company. For the amount of awesome things it does, it's the right price, but a smaller price point with maybe just 1 or 2 linked profiles might be better (just Meta or just Twitter/IG?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small organization and I'm the only marketing person. Sprout means that I am not hunting all over for scheduling, reports, and best practices. Sprout saves me so much time!

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features! It has everything you could think of in terms of social media. A particular highlight is the reporting features. I've never seen as many options for reporting/analytics as Sprout Social has so it's really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am scheduling posts on multiple social media platforms, it would be useful to be able to edit the text on each individual post while still scheduling all. For example, I can create my post for LinkedIn and Facebook, but for Twitter it is too long. So an option to edit the text just for Twitter, instead of having to schedule it separately would be great. HubSpot has this feature. This would also allow me to tag pages on each separate post on the respective platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to schedule ahead of time, which is saving me lots of time. It's also giving me reports of how our pages are performing, which since our company rebrand, is very important to upper management and the board members to see.

Sometimes it gets a little confusing to navigate.

Sprout social improves our Customer service and by doing so we believe it's improving our brand loyalty.

What do you like best about the product?
On top of being a great platform for scheduling, listening and reporting, the customer success managers/support are next to none. They constantly reach out to ensure you're using the tool as best as possible and to full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a little more functionality in the listening tool to reduce the amount of "noise" that it may pick up. It is often a long game with a new listening instance in figuring out what is causing unnecessary info from coming through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting structure is key. I used to manually aggregate social data and match against our other reporting tools for site to match data. With Sprout, 9 out of 10 times, the numbers are matching identically, the one time, it's just slightly off.
