Easy to Publish and Report Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Good publishing/scheduling capabilities across multiple platforms. Fantastic reporting capacity. Easy to reach customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few niche posting features that are missing from Sprout Social. For example, you are not able to edit multiple versions of a post within creating the post, unlike Meta Business Suite. Also, you can technically schedule Instagram stories but not with a link embedded (which is a huge loss of opportunity and the work-around for this lack of feature is honestly ridiculous.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to plan and schedule social media schedules in a one-stop-shop location, rather than multiple platforms and multiple third-party options.
Sprout Social Review: Pros, Cons, and Thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social helps you manage multiple social media accounts in one place. You can schedule posts, see analytics, and keep track of all your accounts easily. The design is clean and easy to use, so it’s simple to plan posts and manage a content calendar, and it’s great for teams because you can assign tasks, approve posts, and work together smoothly. It works with most major social media platforms and has extra tools like “social listening” to see what people are saying about your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price: It’s expensive, especially for small businesses or solo users. Some features are only available in higher-cost plans.
Learning curve: There are a lot of features, so it can take time to learn everything. Small teams may find it too complex.
Integration limits: Sometimes the data doesn’t match exactly what the social platforms show, and some post types aren’t fully supported. We received a lot of emails stating "we failed to post".

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is a tool that puts all of a company's social media management into one single place. It's designed to fix the messy and slow problem of having to log into many different apps like Instagram, X, and Facebook. It centralizes everything: your posting schedule, all your different profiles, and all your messages onto one screen. The biggest benefit for businesses is saving a ton of time and making it much simpler to create and schedule posts.
Effortless Social Media Management and Insightful Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout helps us organize all our social platforms in one place. We use it every day, all day. We can build out our schedule based on major events and then schedule our evergreen content in between. The reporting is good and makes it easy for us to get a snapshot of what has been successful (or not) so that we can refine our strategy. It does have a lot of features that are useful to us and we probably use scheduling and reporting the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social listening is not included in our plan and costs extra. We use a different platform for that so it would be great if this was a more affordable feature in Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep our schedule manageable. We are able to build it out into the future without referring a different calendar.

I love Sprout Social’s intuitive interface, which makes navigating the platform straightforward and enhances overall user experience considerably. It's easy for me to train other team members, ensuring that they can quickly become proficient in using the platform. The ability to edit and schedule posts by platform provides great flexibility and control, allowing me to tailor our social media strategy effectively. Additionally, the suggested times to post are a great asset, offering insights that optimize our engagement and reach. The initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy, which saved me time and hassle during the implementation phase.

User-Friendly Platform with Comprehensive Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user-friendliness of Sprout Social. The experience is quite nice and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. I find it valuable that help is very easy to get; if I have any problems with troubleshooting or just general questions, I'm able to quickly chat with someone or refer to the resource page. The quickness that these features provide is a major asset; it’s not time-consuming, which is crucial when working in social media. This efficiency helps with scalability and time management, two top priorities in my day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find that sometimes the reporting can get tricky and not align with numbers I've pulled previously. This inconsistency can cause issues when trying to ensure all data points match across reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for efficient content publishing, scheduling, and insight reporting. It centralizes metrics and is user-friendly, enabling quick response to comments and DMs with the inbox feature, enhancing scalability and time management in social media tasks.
Comprehensive Social Media Management Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Sprout Social allows me to post to multiple platforms at once without the need to create separate posts, which greatly saves time compared to copying and pasting information repeatedly. The social previews are particularly valuable as they provide a clear visualization to stakeholders of what a post will look like before it's published. I absolutely love the automatic link shortening feature, which not only enhances the professional appearance of our posts but also eliminates the need for an external link shortening service. Additionally, the tool's functionality in suggesting the best post times is incredibly useful as it helps identify when our followers are most active, ensuring our posts are scheduled for maximum engagement. Overall, Sprout Social is a comprehensive tool that enhances our social media management tasks with its efficient features. The ease of setting up was also notable, as I felt well-prepared after just one training session.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was a little easier to use and that I could pull a detailed report for one specific post at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts and analyze performance, saving time with multi-platform posting, automatic link shortening, and optimal post times. It enhances professional appearance and helps identify follower engagement patterns.
Effortless Scheduling and Insightful Analytics for Social Media Pros
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprout is its very user-friendly scheduling feature. It allows me to schedule my posts across various platforms with ease. I also appreciate the analytics features just as much. Both of these aspects are excellent for social media professionals and really assist in making well-informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawbacks I notice with Sprout Social are that the tagging process could be more user-friendly, and I've experienced being contacted multiple times by different sales representatives trying to sell me a product—the Influencer Program—that I already bought. This repeated outreach isn't ideal, and it gives the impression that there's a lack of transparency regarding which clients have purchased which products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Sprout, managing and calculating analytics across several platforms would be much more challenging.
Effortless Social Media Management with Powerful Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use and having a tool that meets my social media management needs. I like that the smart inbox allows me to streamline responses to incoming comments and messages, and it makes it easy to work cross-functionally with colleagues. My most used tool is definitely the Publishing feature, and I love that I'm able to duplicate posts when scheduling across channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to schedule Instagram stories with a link without having to natively post within the app. I was also disappointed that Pinterest doesn't allow video scheduling through Sprout. I'm noticing my profiles disconnect frequently, and some Pinterest posts have not been posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout checks a lot of boxes for my team. The most beneficial features are the smart inbox, analytics, and publishing.
