Easy Team Workflow and Post Chats, but Story Sizing Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it’s easy for the team to use, and that it has a built-in chat for each post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that the story isn’t the correct size, so I have to upload it from IG instead of Sprout. and also the max size is 8MB and is a very low quality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple accounts, and everything is scheduled in one place.

Powerful Social Metrics Tool with Some Platform Limitations

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social's reporting features beneficial for analyzing metrics like impressions, engagements, engagement rate, and follower growth. These metrics help me understand what resonates with the audience on social media and improve our social media growth and presence. I also found the initial setup easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think this is a Sprout problem. However, when there are issues with specific platforms on LinkedIn and Instagram, a lot of the reporting kind of gets messed up as in I'm not able to see specific metrics such as follower growth. And that is, like, very important to me as a social media manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for reporting on social media platforms, finding metrics on impressions, engagements, engagement rate, and follower growth. It helps me understand what resonates with our audience and improves our social media growth and presence.

Easy Scheduling and Monthly Reporting Made Simple

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling, and an easy way to fill out monthly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can’t edit or remove IG posts is really frustrating. Also, I can’t use some of its features, which makes the overall experience feel limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with scheduling and saves me time.

Streamlined Social Management with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social for scheduling, posting, and monitoring multiple social media platforms. It makes it easier to manage all of our many platforms in one place. I really like the 'smart inbox' and the mobile app because they allow me to manage and monitor everything even when I'm on the go. I've grown to really appreciate the Sprout interface, and it was fairly easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate being able to monitor certain phrases (social listening) without paying additional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it easier to manage all of our many platforms in one place, plus it helps in scheduling, posting, and monitoring multiple social media platforms.

Centralizes Customer Interactions with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to respond to customers on our social media platforms, and I really appreciate how it helps us access all customer responses in one place. I like how easy it is to use, and the ability to write internal comments and tag each other as well as use tags. It's very convenient for letting my co-workers know when I've replied to a customer, which is something I can't do with the different platform we use for Facebook DMs. The initial setup was very easy, and that's a big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it says there are still messages that haven't been responded to and I have trouble finding those. I have to just scroll until I can find them. I also don't like how after I answer a question, it will still show up showing I replied to it, where I would prefer that it disappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to respond to customers on social media, and it helps by having all customer responses in one place. I like its ease of use, ability to write internal comments, and tag colleagues. It improves team coordination.

Sprout’s User-Friendly Scheduling Makes Managing Posts Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
I think how user-friendly Sprout is. When I researched other scheduling platforms, they had the same (sometimes less) features, but it was difficult to efficiently access them all! On Sprout, I can navigate through all features with ease. Only needed to reach out to the Customer Support team once and they responded quickly and were very nice and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. But, when I schedule the same post to three social media platforms, and need to re-schedule, I typically have to re-schedule 3 times (for each social media). One time, I was able to re-schedule once, and it moved all three to the new date! This would be a great feature to have since I have a high frequency of use with the re-scheduling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to schedule posts far in advance with ease that they will be posted on time. Also, when I need to edit the caption for a post to have a different variation per social platform, the tool that lets me make these minor edits per platform is so helpful! I also really enjoy the grid planner so that I can maintain style and cohesiveness on all posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to manage our social media accounts, specifically Facebook and Instagram, and I really appreciate how it allows me to access posts and messages quickly. The ability to filter and hide inappropriate content is a big help. I like that it's clean and well organized, which makes handling our social media accounts timely and efficient. Running the stats report monthly is great because it helps us keep track of responses per associate, which is very beneficial. The initial setup was very easy, and based on my experience, I would rate it a 10 on the likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to quickly access and manage our social media posts, filter inappropriate content, and track responses efficiently. The clean, organized interface and monthly stats reports help us stay on top of performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily see what is on the calendar to be published. And being able to publish across multiple platforms at the same time.

Boosted Our Social Media Presence Dramatically

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is super user-friendly. The customer support is always there and ready to help if we run into any issues. I appreciate Sprout Social reaching out with timely responses, like when Instagram was down, they communicated the issue and advised us on how to proceed. They've been very forward in helping us out. The platform has really unique features that we hadn't tapped into yet, and it's really helped us increase our presence on Instagram and Facebook. Just this past year, we got 1,000 followers, a big jump from when I first started two years ago with just 200 followers. Sprout Social helps us find the best times to post and provides content ideas, making it easy to get creative while building our brand. The setup was a 10 out of 10 and easy, thanks to an amazing onboarding rep. I'm really excited about using Sprout Social, and I don't think we'll ever change.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues using Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us post at optimal times and organize our calendar visually, increasing our social media presence and engagement. We gained 1,000 followers this past year, up from 200 when I started. It helps us get creative easily while building our brand.
