What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature for us is the ability to control Sprout via SSO. It's beneficial that we can separate users to their required level and view the full reporting details on our social posts. I especially like that we can dictate our post times based on recommended advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video duration limitation is a bit difficult as we can only upload 60 seconds maximum to Spout. Any above 1 minute has to be done direct on each platform, negating the point somewhat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core reason to look at Sprout was security. With this tool, we can manage users access via our SSO tool to make sure we're following best practices with security.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting! I use it for my reporting monthly, weekly, and daily across all my social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't love that there is no feed preview when planning feeds as this would save the double handling when building out feeds for the weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Competitor reporting is really beneficial to show where we stack up each month.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social makes sentiment analysis and data pulling much easier, improving my tracking efficiency. The smart inbox and scheduling through the dashboard are particularly useful, and I like pulling reports. Organization and column arrangement enhance overall efficiency, making the platform quicker and more efficient to use. Monthly check-ins also add significant value, helping with distribution across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Sprout Social to offer more specific and detailed opportunities when it comes to certain platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to streamline sentiment analysis and data processes, making it easier to track metrics and pull numbers as needed. The organization and efficiency it provides make my workflow quicker and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to export data. It makes my monthly reporting much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish platform specifics were more obvious. Sometimes it’s a struggle to know correct spec sizes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a scheduling system to allow us to post quickly across several companies. Sprout makes that do-able.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule out posts, ability to send posts through the approval process, the reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to tag people on LinkedIn posts - I often forget to go back to LinkedIn and adjust the tagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of different levels of approval that are needed for the various accounts, so its great to be able to just put posts in there and send it to who it needs to go. Additionally, it helps to see all the content on a calendar and make sure you are not overshadowing any post particularly.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting tools are truly amazing! You can see everything from post-performances by channel to comparisons of your content to your competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything but I do receive a lot of error messages when I try to upload content to the asset library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to create a content calendar for the month on Google Drive, now I can create the calendar in Sprout and even start adding copy and media to schedule while planning or later on.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social still remains the top social media management software for publishing. The formatting is perfect and for professionally managed accounts, that is paramount.

The social listening tools help you bring value to stakeholders.

I also enjoy the published post reports to visually see which pieces of content perform the best and the ability to toggle between KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the cost, I think there are too many limitations on what kinds of data we can pull. I am not pleased about the most recent price increase.

Also, TikTok and Reels is still not fully integrated and I have to manually publish that media from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I depended on high quality reports to provide value for my clients. The pullback on Meta analytics is killing me at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user -friendly Sprout Social is. It will allow you to post to multiple platforms at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about Sprout yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is saving us time. It also allows for everything being posted to be proof read so there are no accidental errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is excellent because it makes no compromises. Several of the tools that come with the platform are helpful, but they need to be more comprehensive. Sprout provides all the frills and whistles in one package, allowing us to concentrate on mobile marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be preferable if this function received more attention, as I occasionally experience difficulty altering thumbnail images. Aside from that, it is essentially all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Researching the competition, keeping tabs on emerging trends, and actively participating in online communities are all important aspects of social media marketing, as are establishing quantitative goals and developing a content strategy. It dramatically simplifies my job because I no longer need to use each platform's native analytics tool.
