What do you like best about the product?
I like the Smart Inbox and Publishing features the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of their mobile app could use improvement and their "sentiment" feature misses the mark often.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social daily to manage multiple brand social media accounts. The platform is intuitive and significantly streamlines the management of multiple accounts. Its scheduling and publishing tools are highly effective, and having all features consolidated in one platform enhances efficiency and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics offer a high degree of customization and reporting, though there is room for further enhancement. Occasionally, integrations disconnect unexpectedly, requiring reauthorization of connections. I’d also like to see the addition of a Facebook first comment feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has been a huge timesaver for managing multiple social media accounts. Its intuitive interface and efficient scheduling tools allow me to plan and publish content quickly, streamlining workflows and reducing the time spent on day-to-day social media management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the competitor analysis! I find this to be extremely useful for finding trends, and preparing reports for superiors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes meta and sprout have a hard time working with each other, I sometimes find the quality degrades when posted within sprout vs the original platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to quickly export and view analytics across multiple platforms while analyzing trends and competitors, I find sprout to be superior at this than any other product.

What do you like best about the product?
All integrated platform. The interface is easy to navigate. Customer support during the sales period was fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to schedule .csv automated data files for reporting purposes. There is limited to no customization for reporting files within Sprout and widgets are one-size only and cannot be scaled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our all-in-one tool for social media publishing, listening and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout's quick and easy reporting features, as well as the detailed analytics available for each creator. Navigating the site is also very straightforward and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the payment feature with Tipalti was a very lengthy process and required a lot of extra work on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social automatically gathers all the metrics for us, eliminating the need to manually collect data from individual posts. In addition, it offers a platform where we can oversee campaigns and interact with creators.

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate Sprout Social for its ability to allow bulk scheduling with remarkable ease. This feature streamlines my workflow significantly, saving me tremendous time when managing posts for different clients across multiple platforms. I also value the platform's excellent customer service, which consistently provides quick and helpful responses whenever I encounter questions or issues. Furthermore, the ease and seamlessness with which I was able to get started with Sprout Social was impressive, making the transition from our previous tool, Hootsuite, smooth and hassle-free. Sprout Social's capabilities, particularly in time management and scheduling, exceed those of Hootsuite, affirming my decision to switch. The platform's ability to generate detailed reports, allowing me to analyze engagement and understand what works best for each specific client, is another aspect I found invaluable, as it helps enhance marketing efforts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are a lot of features in Sprout Social that I don't use due to not knowing how to use them effectively. This makes me feel like I'm not fully utilizing the platform and missing out on potential benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to streamline posting across platforms, gaining insights on audience engagement which enhances marketing efforts. It improves time management with easy scheduling and allows me to assess industry trends effectively.

Sprout an amazing tool and has made my work easier. The pre scheduling and amalytics has been important for my day to day. Also the customer support has been top notch.

Not much I can think of! Everything has been great

The scheduling tools and reporting are really helpful for our organization.

We haven't found a lot of use for the people feature.

Sprout helps us schedule our social content ahead of time, and allows us to have a full view of our analytics to improve our social media strategy.
