Okay experience for an expensive service

What do you like best about the product?
The best features are the analytics and I like the scheduling feature, but it's far from optimized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I very much do not like that all social media platforms have to be manipulated individualy to have the proper @s. And on LinkedIn, I can only @ company profiles for some reason. I need to @ people!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem is scheduling posts for LinkedIn, which can't do it itself

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of which I can operate the system have access to great appropriate content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard for me to say, nothing really. The platform meets and exceeds my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be able to regularly set up social media strategies and implementing them quickly and without fuss. Enabling me to get on with other parts of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
It does the job it is intended to do. There are some other bells and whistles that seem unnecessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seems a little high for the services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me schedule posts so I don't have to think about posting at the right time. I particularly like the viral post option.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social was extremely easy to onboard and set up. We chose them for all the reporting and analytics capabilities they had to offer and have been extremely happy with the level of support we have received from the team throughout. The integrations were extremely simple to setup and deploy and we are beyond excited about all the data we continue to collect weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us is that we would need to update our plan to get customized analytics but we are getting nearly 99% of what we need from the canned reports. Maybe something we will explore in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a good way of setting up a review structure for our social posts. We also needed access to a content calendar that we could share around internally within the company. Lastly, we needed some rich analytics to showcase how our efforts are continuing to drive ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
customer service seems to be very helpful and the onboarding is very thorough. Lots of resources are provided and it seems they care about your success using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I have any downsides at this point. We have had the program for less than a month so I am still a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is providing us with analytics which is crucial for making better business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all my social media on one calendar for publishing and reviewing impacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to add some of my other accounts (TikTok and Twitter) to my WBU account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have a single source to publish my social media and able to review, spell check, and create repeatable looking standard posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is the most comprehensive tool on the market. The workflows are a huge game changer for us since we have multiple people involved in the sign-off process. The support at Sprout is second to none. Everyone is lovely and so focused on exceptional outcomes. The reporting features are accurate and presented beautifully.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything negative to say about Sprout. Truly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes approval workflows with multiple stakeholders a breeze. No more wrangling Google docs and sharing Excel spreadsheets. With Sprout, it's all in one place. The publishing page is my personal favorite.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is really robust and incredibly helpful in organizing and managing content. I also really like the listening tools, though they require more configuration than you may originally realize to be optimally effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular comes to mind. It's a complex system with a wie range of functionality, and we are not yet using it to full effect, I'm sure. Perhaps that would be one opportunity for improvement--more regular and proactive training or sharing tips and tricks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several. We began by greatly streamlining our content scheduling and using the tool's analytics--both great. Lately, we are relying on it more and more to help us with listening and sentiment monitoring so we can be both proactive and reactive with brand promotion and protection.

Great Support and Social Tool

What do you like best about the product?
We recently switched from HubSpot for social to Sprout. Sprout's team was incredibly helpful in allowing us to run a pilot so we understood how to use the tool, onboarding our 100's of social accounts and ensuring we knew how to use all of the most relevant features for our small team to accomplish our social goals. The software is also social first - their roadmap has some great features we're looking forward to using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is a much larger cost than our other social solutions. Additionally, we had different support folks for our pilot phase, our onboarding phase and now our stabilized phase. All of the support team members were great, but due to so many handoffs, there were a lot of repetitive conversations discussing goals, strategy, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were so many limitations in our previous social software that not only made us inefficient, but also prohibited our social engagement. The smart inbox, being able to post reels from the tool, being able to share a content calendar with those who don't have a Sprout login and the Canva integration are just a few things that we've taken advantage of. Oh - and much better reporting!
