The Chupacabra of Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Interface and upkeep. Sprout stays on top of the media requirements and the ability to post stories and reels more than other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope they'll consider a scheduler where you can create multiple posts on one screen at a time instead of having to use the "schedule and duplicate feature."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout quickly stays on top of updates, including publishing assets like reels and stories.
Easy to ease with fantastic reporting tools
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to break down post performance based on different metrics. Using Tags and Campaigns helps to streamline this process. The UI and usability of Sprout is incredibly user friendly with a lot of great tools and resources. The customer support from the on-boarding process has been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to tag company pages on LinkedIn, still have to return to the platform to update tags. LinkedIn content is delayed in appearing inside the Smart Inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is speeding up our reporting capabilities and streamlining the workflow. Being able to access a variety of reports in a quick and easy-to-understand format saves hours of manual work digging through data.
A positive step for our CS social management. Ticks all of our boxes and at competitive price point.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the capability to have two-way language translation or use a third party integration. This would give Sprout an additional advantage to global firms competing in markets where clients communicate in multiple languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting - gives us visibility over our social performance that we didn't previously have

I really love seeing performance metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really like posting from the app but thats just a personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple way to see all post metrics and posts in an organized way.
Easy to schedule, not fully functioning in some platforms, though.

Sprout Social has very easy scheduling and duplications.

Sprout Social does not allow you to choose the cover for your TikTok when scheduling.

I'm very glad that Sprout Social connected to TikTok to schedule those posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social consolidates everything into one platform, making social media management far more efficient by eliminating the need to switch between different platforms. I particularly appreciate the ability to schedule posts ahead of time, which is crucial for managing social media for a local nonprofit, and being informed about when the best times are to schedule these posts. The user interface for posting is exceptionally clean, facilitating a smooth user experience. Additionally, I am fond of the features designed for approval processes, which, though I may not need them immediately, are reassuring to have should the need arise in the future. I also admire Sprout Social's dedication to continually finding new ways to support social media management rather than merely including these features as a supplementary part of larger software. This focus ensures that social media management is a primary function of the service, not an afterthought.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to understand the reporting options in Sprout Social. It is often confusing to get the exact report I need. The terminology seems to be tailored to an internal language that Sprout Social chose, which makes it difficult to figure out exactly what report I am looking for and how to obtain it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for streamlined social media management, keeping everything in one place without switching platforms. It allows me to schedule posts in advance and identify optimal posting times. This simplifies managing social media for my nonprofit.

I love the ability to add to sproutlink directly in composer.

I hate that I can't edit individual posts that were created in bulk

I love that I can plan out a whole month. It is also helpful to communicate with other team members about posts. It provides a space it's not only plan content, but provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is the fact that you have to post a video from your phone if it's scheduled to Instagram. I wish there was a way where it will just automatically get posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved me time by being able to plan out social media for a whole month. It's been able to provide a space for volunteers to engage and help produce content.

Reporting features and tagging tools to tag up entire campaigns and track them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything I dislike yet. The only issue I run into is tracking sentiment in a reliable way.

Being able to quantify how our audience is feeling with numbers and data that help tell a story.
