The X button works as back button, and need to refresh every time.

Powerful Tagging and Analytics Streamline Content Management
What do you like best about the product?
The tagging capabilities and analytics help us get really granular on what is and isn't working across different variables related to our content. And the publishing capabilities help streamline the time spent creating and scheduling posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish were able to see competitive insights from our competitor's TikTok accounts, but I believe this is an API limitation. I would also love to be able to bulk edit a post across multiple platforms after the post is created instead of opening each individual platform post to make a small correction. Bulk tagging would also be super helpful - especially for retroactive tagging. Specifically, if we could make rules that apply tags to different types of posts automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very lean team so Sprout Social really allows us to streamline our efforts and maximize our outputs. It gives us constant insight into what is and isn't working allowing us to pivot and drive greater results.

It keeps our team organized and makes managing our social media accounts much easier!

I've noticed that some of the data in reporting is not always 100% accurate

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how seamlessly it integrates with all of our platforms. We manage content for over 120 clients and upload more than 5,000 pieces of content each week, all of which are successfully published without issue. The platform makes it easy to organize assets, maintain brand guidelines, and manage both internal and external approval processes efficiently. It is extremely user friendly, and our entire team found it easy to learn and train on. We have had zero bugs or complaints in the full year we have been using it, which speaks volumes about its reliability and stability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would mention is that it can be a bit pricey for agencies. However, considering how much functionality and integration it offers, the value is still absolutely worth it. We have only scratched the surface of its full potential, and there are many additional features and integrations we plan to explore as our team grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, with other platforms, we often ran into issues where content would fail to upload or publish without our knowledge. Because we manage such a large volume of content across 120 clients, each operating on multiple platforms, reliability is extremely important to us. Other platforms sometimes degraded the quality of our content or failed to post it altogether, which created major challenges for our workflow and client trust.
Sprout Social completely solved that problem. The quality of our content is never compromised, and every post goes live exactly as scheduled and as intended. It has allowed us to put full trust into the platform to handle the high volume of uploads we manage each week.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts and stories for multiple social media clients, which streamlines my workflow significantly. The ability to bulk schedule content is a game-changer, allowing me to plan my grids effectively and manage numerous accounts simultaneously without redundant effort. This bulk scheduling feature helps me tremendously as it permits me to schedule for many different platforms at once, which saves a substantial amount of time, making the management of social media clients more efficient. Furthermore, the overall process of setting up with Sprout Social was relatively easy, aligning seamlessly with my professional needs.

I find there are a few glitches in Sprout Social, especially lately. These issues occur in various areas like posting stories and other random operations.

I use Sprout Social for bulk scheduling and grid planning, saving time by scheduling posts for multiple clients and platforms at once.

Easy to schedule future posts, and nice to see them spread out on a calendar

Sometime cumbersome to resize photos to fit both Facebook and IG - I wish we could set which templates to "autosize" to.

aggregates all out platforms - makes it easy and quick to moderate comments and DMs

we cannot add instagram music, cannot add facebook captions for multi photos, youtube and threads does not keep the tag of the outgoing post

makes moderating comments and dms far easier, allows me to not have notifications on for each platform
User-Friendly Software with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I have always enjoyed how user friendly the software has been. Additionally, I am a big fan of the interface of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally do not like how it sometimes does not allow you to tag certain accounts, or it unable to recognize a certain account.

It has enabled me to manage and schedule my social media activities smoothly.
