Compared to other products like Meltwater, Sprout Social stands out as more seamless, simplifying our workflow significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like social listening to not be so cost prohibitive. The setup process, while easy, was time-consuming, especially since I have more than a dozen clients to connect.

Furthermore, I find the initial setup of Sprout Social to be very easy, which made the transition to using this tool seamless for me and my team.

Sometimes the authentication process between the accounts is a bit slow and bugs out.

Sometimes a profile or two on our account will randomly get disconnected. There's never been a reason given as to why this happens, and it can be frustrating and a bit of an obstacle when I'm busy or in a rush (which is often).

The quality and timeliness of the support feature have dropped recently. That used to be one of the best parts of Sprout.

When there are several posts in one day, the extended view is sometimes difficult to interact with

Sprout streamlines our social media post creation process a breeze with an efficient and easy to use scheduling calendar. Each post is created then reviewed by different team members and the platform makes it easy for us all to view, create, edit, and approve posts. The analytics tool is very insightful and with it we are able to provide our upper management and executive team with insightful analytics that give them visuals into seeing how we are performing.
