An all-in-one social media platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you are able to monitor all of your social accounts comments in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those new to social media, there is a slight learning curve in using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping us manage our content more effectively. The analytics are also important.

The interface can be confusing. It takes time to learn.

Adding reels to an option for posting has been helpful. Data gathering has been helpful
Small project - social listening for digital product studio
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service has been excellent. The onboarding support was highly attentive and comprehensive, but the best part was how customized our experience has been. We only needed to use Sprout for a very small scope, and the team was able to help us find creative workarounds to make it work and get the most value out of the platform. One of the reasons we chose to go with Sprout over the other companies we spoke to was this customized solution, where others tried hard to push us to a larger package with more capabilities than we needed. The platform itself is easy to use (thanks to the onboarding help!) and it's been a great experience so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose the only downside is the limited number of keywords, but I know that has more to do with the plan that we chose than the functionality of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a digital product studio, meaning we build digital products for funded founders and innovate digital products for enterprise companies. In this type of business, we meet our customers in person at events or through other connections, meaning that we can't launch a digital ad campaign to bring in more business. Instead, we wanted to discover conferences and events our clientele are attending that are not already on our radar. We hoped that we'd be able to find a social listening tool that would allow us to ultimately create a list of events that our customer base is attending. What we found when speaking to social listening tool representatives was that this is quite difficult without already knowing the name or hashtag associated with the event. When it came to looking for a solution that allowed us to pull all Tweets from our list of people and then filter them based on keywords, this feature was usually wrapped up in a massive, comprehensive plan that included countless other features we did not need. Especially because our list is so long (1400), so with other companies, we would need to upgrade to the maximum plan for that number. Sprout found a way to give us the functionality we need without tons of extra features we do not need.
Great platform for business social platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing social posts across several platforms makes working in organic social easier than posting natively. Their customer service reps are incredibly helpful when issues arise. The platform is intuitive, and easy to navigate. Reporting is clear and thorough across necessary metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues arising from account authorization leads to failed posts, which can cause issues days or even weeks after a post has failed. LinkedIn could have greater functionality, including tagging individual accounts and posting PDF carousels rather than requiring native tagging and posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee advocacy and shortening the amount of time our employees spend writing, reviewing, and posting social content across several social channels. This has increased productivity for our team.
Practical Social Media Management and Listening Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easier it is to schedule posts and assign a fellow teammate for review. It makes the posting, scheduling and review process seamless. It is much easier to use that what Salesforce Social Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really only offers good listening reports from Twitter conversations. Would like to see more platforms incorporated. It would also be nice to have some more location data outside of Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us manage social media accounts for multiple clients on multiple platforms all in one place. The social listening component is invaluable. It helps us understand what conversations are going on and lets us turn those into valuable insights for our clients.
Great for managing many accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout allows us to easily post to and manage 10 profiles at once. We work with clients who post to many channels, so it makes our jobs infinitely easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if LinkedIn personal profiles could be connected for analytics, otherwise, everything in the platform has worked well for us so far. The mobile experience could be better as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to post to many social media channels instead of having to log in natively to each platform. It also allows for easy review and revision before publishing.
Easy to use and great features
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social media posts and managing the accounts has been made super simple with Sprout Social. Also, I love the detailed and accurate reports generated. Their customer support and onboarding is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of as of now. Still in an early stage of using it. And even if there are any issues, the customer success team is always quick to help.

Sprout social has helped our team streamline the way we handle our social media accounts. It also helps me save a ton of time. More than that, it helps produce detailed reports. in no time.

Some reporting features do not go into the depth of audience and competitor analysis.

Very Streamlined

I like how all components for each social media platform are combined into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little laggy and slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us provide detailed responses to patients in an appropriate and professional way
Provides all the information that I need in one place, making analysis of data faster and easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Data analysis - easily displays all the information I want and need to be able to reflect on previous performance, future trends, competitors, etc. The tool is quite straight forward which makes it very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can only link TikTok business accounts - needs creator accounts too. Certain posting / resharing features that are missing require me to leave the tool i.e. reposting Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specficially data analysis, reflecting on previous social performance - which saves me time, and provides information which allows me to better reflect and susbsequently improve on the content being produced. Prior to Sprout, I had to do all of this manually which took too long.
