What do you like best about the product?
Sprout offers our agency a number of great benefits, but what I appreciate most in my role is the ability to update and utilizie the workflows. We often have clients and team members with different needs so being able to alter these by clients has been a lifesaver in many instances. We also value their committment to feedback and flexibility to client needs, the team is always receptive and responsive whenever we run into challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present time nothing come to mind, we have been very happy with Sprout during our almost 5 year partnership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Smart Inbox has really come in handy for our team this year. It is so helpful to have this all in one place for consistent and timely responses.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule for so many platforms and for so many clients. The unlimited account options was much needed in my case.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was given optimal times for posts all in one instead of having to schedule and duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently do social scheduling for 14 clients on five platforms. It was impossible to keep track accurately of what was scheduled. To make matters worse, the native platforms are awful in terms of user friendliness.

I loved the way that reports were built.

It's quite an expensive tool, and as a small startup I think we were just not big enough to use everything included.

What do you like best about the product?
The consolidated analytics, competitor analysis, and scheduler have all been very helpful to our daily social operations. We also see a lot of potential in the approval workflows, asset library, listening, and additional analytic features, as we roll out Sprout, company-wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features missing from the Smart Inbox. We understand the API limitations and this feature is becoming increasingly helpful for our business, but the missing features is the part of the tool that we see most room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is greatly saving the time it takes us to dig into analytics and competitor analysis. The scheduler is also very convenient, helping us post at optimal times.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has great capabilities for publishing and community management, and it's easy to navigate and onboard. Connectivity is fairly reliable on most platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social listening capabilities and reports are a little behind competitors like Brandwatch. There's not a good breakdown of sources in social listening topics ahead of purchase, so you find out after the fact where you can pull data from. Workable, but not as holistic a picture as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us quickly gather conversation insights via social listening and with some training, it could support competitive reviews of sentiment and channel strategy.

The best tool for the management and administration of social networks

What do you like best about the product?
What we like the most as an organization of the SproutSocial platform is the management level through the tools it provides to plan, manage and create content in all our social networks. One of the most powerful tools is the ability to develop a schedule to duplicate content; the truth is that sometimes we do not have the time to create new content, and this tool solves our life. It has an elementary scheduling calendar for publications. We can not fail to mention that you have a support team that quickly addresses any issues once they are notified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few dislikes we have of the SproutSocial platform; however, we can not fail to mention that it becomes pretty tedious not to be able to make any modification of publications failure; usually, when it happens, q must create from scratch the entire publication to be able to redo the publication taking the time that is appreciated. It would be beneficial to have a tool to group all the posts with different publication times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by being able to manage in such depth all the information we have on all our social media platforms, all from one place.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has helped us start our social media project for our companies most effectively and easily as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. We enjoy this platform very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed all our social media pages in one place to post and manage, and SS did that for us. Also managing our tags, progress, competitors, and much more is huge.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to post content, duplicate it across channels for ease, and submit content for approval/approve content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows are much clunkier than they were in the demos, not all the features work and there's not proactive notifications about bugs / bug fixes, there isn't a good way to navigate listening and publishing across all the packages, and the times I've reached out to our customer success manager have been met with no-response. I've not been impressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a solution to help us publish and engage with content.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and reporting tools are great. Very useful for social listening/monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a little confusing, would be good to have hashtag tracking on twitter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's mandatory for our client businesses that any social interactions be monitored, managed and records retained for future audits. Sprout does a good job at supporting this.
