What do you like best about the product?
So far, Sprout Social has been great. I really am enjoying the publishing section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag in the publishing feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving manual posting via the social platform. I can post on multiple accounts at once.

Scheduling and duplicating for content across multiple platforms as opposed to tailoring content all in one window

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful and intuitive tool that makes social media community management and reporting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the scheduled posts will fail to publish. It could be hard to identify why.

Great tool for managing social

What do you like best about the product?
The publishing calendar is so helpful in mapping out our organic posts. I also like the scheduling insights on what time is best to post. The smart inbox is also so helpful in corralling all comments and mentions in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few quirks, as I imagine all platforms have. I find it a little surprising and frustrating that I can't open a post that has already launched within Sprout. Sometimes, I want to be able to view my own post or a post someone else on the team made and it doesn't appear that I can do so without going into the social account directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts is great, especially on the weekends or days we know are going to be busy. The ability to see everything in our inbox is fantastic - to be able to see, monitor, and respond to all comments. If someone posts a negative comment or Google Review, we're able to see it quickly and respond, which would be more challenging to keep up with if we were to monitor each account natively. I really like that Sprout actually sends you an alert email when someone has posted a Google Review.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool for social media scheduling, inbox management and monitoring social media analytics for a business. Can support multiple accounts across multiple different platforms and has an excellent UI compared to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data/Analytics is not as robust as some competitors however it meets our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to provide fast assistance to our customers, plan and schedule upcoming social media posts, and make informed business decisions to increase organic social performance.

All-in-one Monitoring Platform

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprout Social is creating tags and being able to pull data based on those tags. It helps me sort through what content was successful and which spurs more customer complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something... I would say I wish I could make Facebook events through Sprout. As a customer-facing nonprofit, events play a big role in our ticket sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently ran into a problem where our Instagram was disconnected due to Facebook's new meta updates. It was kind-of painful to find a solution, but eventually Sprout's Q&A section helped me resolve the issue.

Sprout has streamlined our client social media management!

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar aspect and workflows are the most helpful part of Sprout Social. It makes planning and creating so much easier for client profiles. The workflows work for our small company, so everything gets seen and approved before going out!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I haven't liked about Sprout Social is that you can't tag people on Instagram when creating a post in Sprout Social. Other than that, it's sometimes frustrating that team conversations on a post waiting for approval disappear when edits are made to the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client management is the problem Sprout is solving for us. I work for a full-fledged marketing firm, so we do a lot of social media management for clients in a variety of industries. Having separate groups for clients, separate calendars, and separate workflows all in a centralized location is great!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I like the most about Sprout Social is the breadth of what you get with the program. Not to mention how user-friendly everything is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike that I have, and I am not sure that this is a Sprout Social thing, is that the social listening at times seems to be concentrated towards one level of media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Sprout Social is solving for our company is that we have a massive need to track the necessary data and information to see how we are performing against our competition and determine if our efforts are actually working.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the publish and scheduling functionality. It useful to be able to put out a consistent message across all platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I dont have any disliked. Using this service has been simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving organizational barriers for us. With some many moving pieces in our company it was difficult to get each departments message out the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the team conversations. It is very helpful because some of our team is remote and it is an easy tool to use for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure how to view my teammate's conversations by hitting the conversation tab, working on figuring that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a huge influx of messages every day and it is so simple to log into sprout and send messages out. Also, the bulk scheduling is amazing!!
