I love using Sprout!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like new features like the alt text generator and the IG collaborator tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really need Sprout to add Bluesky as a platform option. Most of our audience isn't on Twitter anymore, and Bluesky isn't available for scheduling on Sprout yet, even though Sprout's competitor, Buffer, has it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to streamline content scheduling and get all my work done in one place. Also, having easy access to metrics and our inbox makes me more productive.
An efficient and user friendly platform for social media management and measurement
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is all in one place - I am able to schedule posts optimized to each account's user behavior, monitor comments and messages and do full scale social media reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the competitor review or reporting feature included benchmarks to ensure each report shows the full breadth of success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
social reporting, influx of messages and comments and understanding when to post on which platform
Sprout is ok- so long as you never have a technical issue
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to learn, the UX is intuitive. It saves me HOURS in my work weeks. At least it would if it didn't constantly break! Their customer support team is completely unavailable
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to complain about! If anything sometimes I think Sprout tries to 'gild the lily' with frequent updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend a lot of time scheduling social media posts. Sprout's automation is simple and easier than other social media management platforms.
Easy To Use, but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
We like being able to respond to all companies' comments in the application, centralized info, easy to schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little more than we'd like to pay especially since we have multiple people scheduling social posts. Also, we have had issues with instagram posts being published, which causes delays in info going online. And, we've found a couple of bugs in the program while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We aren't using all aspects and features of Sprout Social yet since we are a new user, but we like having one spot for comments for all the companies we do marketing for and being able to save them separately per brand.
Sprout makes social media management much easier across multiple profiles and channels.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using it, but I'd like to see it integrate with BlueSky since we've stopped posting on X and would like to adopt a BlueSky strategy.

Staying Behind on Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that I could create post after post without having to individually open a "new post" each time
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no cloud for content or a library, like in HeyOrca, we switched because about 180 posts from several different clients went missing and for weeks nobody knew what to do or gave us a satisfying answer. It was about 2 months worth of work that I had to do in about 2 weeks, it delayed everything and the issue was never resolved. The posts were just gone.

Pretty efficient software service!
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly and easy to master. I like the way you can see all posts on the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say expanded listening features and more ways to track comments/ respond to comments through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule posts ahead of time and better plan out our decisions on social. We can easily see what posts are scheduled and when.
Comprehensive and thorough tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has great tools for social media listening and gathering reports on our social media channels, whether comparing them to each other or diving deeper into a specific channel, specific posts, or other analytics. It's been incredibly helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Demographic information isn't readily accessible for all channels to the extent that we would like (understandable with different APIs), and some of the functionality within the smart inbox isn't as intuitive as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule all social media content in one place, access all analytics and reports for all channels and content comprehensively, to conduct accurate and widespread social media listening, etc -- being able to do all of these in one place is massively helpful for a small team serving a large institution.

What I like the most about Sprout is the snappiness within the user interface. Everything feels optimized and tailored to the needs of a social media manager. The UI itself is also very well thought out and intuitive, and it includes everything your needs without being too complicated.

Being able to schedule social media posts for a campaign and then go back and edit those post per platform is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about Sprout Social is that it actually displays an image of the post it's giving you the statistics on. That is the upside in comparison to other analytic tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because my division/department site is part of a larger organizational structure what's reported on is usually the social media content from our organizations' main page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it is solving is that most times you don't know who your message/content is reaching if anyone especially when you work in a non sales/non entertainment industry.
