The reporting feature of Sprout Social is particularly beneficial, as it facilitates easy and precise reporting, especially for our partnerships. The ability to control the timeline, customize what is being measured, and filter by tags allows me to be very specific and efficient, saving a significant amount of time compared to manual reporting processes. I appreciate the simplicity and speed that Sprout Social offers in these tasks, which are crucial for our social media management needs. Furthermore, the assistance from the onboarding process has been tremendously helpful as I continue to explore all the capabilities that Sprout Social offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find myself going directly to the social media platforms to post. For example, for Instagram, I open the app on my phone instead of posting from Sprout Social. I think this is maybe just personal preference, but I feel like posting from Sprout Social could be more streamlined and similar to the apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to simplify report generation, especially for partnerships, providing precise control over timelines and metrics. It speeds up reporting significantly compared to manual processes, although posting directly to social media could be more streamlined.

Sometimes a profile or two on our account will randomly get disconnected. There's never been a reason given as to why this happens, and it can be frustrating and a bit of an obstacle when I'm busy or in a rush (which is often).
