Great agency tool for simply & efficient management of multiple client social media channels
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, particularly across multiple client accounts and channels. The mobile app is the perfect complement to the full desktop package, making it easy to post and keep on top of client channels out of normal business hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some of the features of other packages. i.e. It doesn't support organic carousel posts in Facebook, which both Emplifi & Sprinklr do. Doesn't have an AI content generator, which Emplifi does, and some functions of the standard reporting are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables my team to manage social media channels for multiple clients, quickly and efficiency from a single package. Makes it easy for colleagues to collaborate on different accounts, and to ensure nothing gets missed!
Sprout is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is fast, user-friendly and so fluid that makes managing social channels a breeze. We can keep our customers in the loop 24/7 with zero issues and zero investment in spending time in training agents when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally, nothing to dislike about the tool. The tool works perfectly and does the needful. It's easy to navigate and use, so yes, no complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us provide support and information to our customers over our social media channels.
Extremely helpful platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout literally has every feature I could ask for as a social media specialist. And it feels like every month they are adding new features I didn't know I needed. The optimal posting time and reporting tab are some of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ocassionally there are some bugs but they always fix them quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do everything in Sprout and it is so seamless. Since I work at an agency I am balancing a ton of different accounts and I can go between them with ease. It is also easy for my team to use at the same time we can communicate and work through edits in Sprout which has been a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
Continue to appreciate tagging and use it cross-platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interested in how further integration with emerging platforms can be improved like TikTok and Bluesky. Would be great too if there was something that could link with earned media analytics platforms like muckrack or cision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have contacted Sprout a variety of time and their customer service has been great! They're quick to respond and follow-up. The only thing we wish is that the premium was a bit more affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to track our social posts, especially with the tag and inbox functionality. Something we use a lot is their Workflows functionality for approvals. It makes it easy to streamline social posts to different owners in a concise manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent errors about images not publishing correctly to LinkedIn or Twitter after being pushed through Sprout.
The user interface isn't super intuitive. The menu's a bit clunky and takes a handle to get used to at first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us see all our coordinated social posts going out in any given time period across however many social platforms. This ensures that messaging is similar across all platforms and that we are pushing posts out at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different ways to organize the different accounts and just how the interface looks in general. If I could be honest, there's nothing else I could say I like "best" other than those two things but I'm being forced to write more haha.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel they've become not user-friendly. The engagement piece on LinkedIn is extremely annoying and doesn't work correctly most of the time. Hate that I can't engage via the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content and giving me a platform to organize all the content I have to schedule. It makes us more productive and able to work together collaboratively.

What do you like best about the product?
It truly helps me manage multiple clients across multiple platforms - and saves so much time that used to be wasted with variable logins. With Sprout you have a higher quality tool that can be relied on.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason they keep turning off our client accounts ever so often. A bit frustrating. I get an email saying 7 clients are down tends to cause a panic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We call it our single source of truth for all things social, which is really nice when you have a small team managing lots of clients. Because of this we have been able to bring on more clients and accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. I love that it has every feature I need to schedule social posts. I love the word cloud, trending topics, & listening tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics is lacking in that you can't bulk tag your posts and thus making it difficult to track specific campaign performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes scheduling posts across social media platforms extremely easy and quick. Other tools don't let you schedule stories or choose IG thumbnails. Sprout does.
