Great service to make your life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The range of features are brilliant! I can do analytics and post management all in one place, aswell as listening tools and community management, including macros and team collaboration tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot but I do wish the listening tools were less restricted as you are only able to have so many at one time active and this can hinder the tool alittle!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout enables my whole team to be in one place and to track the work of everyone on the team, including quality and quantity of work! It speeds up our social customer service a lot!
Very versatile and useful
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows me to manage multiple tasks across multiple accounts in one convenient hub. I like that it probably saves me hours and hours of valuable time by keeping everything in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be quite busy and can take some getting used to if you are unsure how to use it. If you could hide features that are not relevant or useful it would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to liaise directly with the social media department in my company to help them with customer queries they lack knowledge on, which means we can respond a lot faster to our customers. I can also manage all the posts and see the insights and analytics.
Best unified inbox for community managers and social team
What do you like best about the product?
I love the unified smart inbox feature - it's a great way to streamline my team's work. While it's not perfect, and no tool like this is, it's the best available out of the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some simple features that could be improved like the customizability of reports and the ability to filter different types of content in and out. For example, paid, vs boosted and dark Facebook activity, throughout the whole reporting platform, not just in one report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The huge scale of social platforms out there, helps us manage this better. It seems better at keeping up with the fast paced nature of social (esp. vs Hootsuite).
Positive experience on Sprout with customers. They seems to like these channels.
What do you like best about the product?
I am happy to be part of the Sprout Social team. It's a new experience for me to support our customers through Sprout. I've been doing this for about a year and notice that players are getting more active and comfortable on those channels. We are receiving more contacts than we used to, and there is still a lot of room to expand
What do you dislike about the product?
When multiple direct messages from different customers are incoming, is difficult to handle, as many chat windows needed to open,( so we sort it one by one, message by message) and sometimes customers message not updating live, has to close chat and reopen to see if customer replied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When busy / unavailable Phone or Live-Chat support, due to an incident or smthg else, customers can easily catch up with us on those channels.
I find the tool very easy to use, with very cool interface, the tool is very user friendly

The tool is really easy to use, very user friendly . It is very easy to replay and to find old contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the color of the tool. All other thinks are very cool an usefull

I replay to customer queries concerning our organisation related to the social media. Because of the toll I am more productive and the business performance increades.

Sprout social is a really great tool to have community management, scheduling and reporting all in one tool. It is really easy to use and makes my life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if we could connect a business account and not only see the reporting for organic but for paid things too. And when replying to Facebook users it would be good if we could do reactions for Facebook easily, not just a thumbs up.

It is really useful to have one tool that does it all. It's really easy to use and it does all the things like scheduling, community management and reporting really well.

It is just so easy to plan your posts and put them on to a calender.

I wish the features were easier to use for beginners.

Love Sprout Social for all social media needs - especially publishing, monitoring and analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the reporting features - it makes it so easy to see month-to-month statistics and also compare them against clients' competitors. Also, I love using Sprout for community management (responding to messages/comments) to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I've been a Sprout user over the years, they have continuously come out with new features and updates. Currently, I just wish there were more capabilities for Instagram community management (responding to comments etc.), as that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never missing a comment/message across all channels and across multiple different clients. Also, to be able to confidently schedule posts for future dates across platforms is a huge bonus. And the in-depth reporting and analytics is an awesome tool as well.

User-Friendly with Excellent Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate how user-friendly Sprout Social is, which makes managing social media tasks efficient and straightforward. It excels in facilitating collaboration within my team, simplifying the process of working with many team members. The reports feature stands out with its clarity and ease of understanding, enabling me to comprehend social media metrics quickly. Community management is significantly streamlined through the inbox feature, offering a clear and concise way to manage interactions. Additionally, the workflows provided by Sprout Social enhance collaboration by making it incredibly easy to coordinate tasks among team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that not all content can be posted via Sprout Social without requiring push notifications. Additionally, the current lack of access to music libraries for adding to videos limits my creative options. Another area for improvement is the AI functionality—it would be beneficial if it could be trained to write content that aligns with the brand's voice. Furthermore, the listening setup feels cumbersome, and an AI assistant to streamline this process would be a significant improvement.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling, listening, reporting, and community management. It's user-friendly, simplifies community management, and makes collaboration with team members easy.
