Great experience with Sprout, very user-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use and the extensive features. I've used quite a few social media management platforms, and haven't found another one with as many insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The individual cost per user. We have 36 communities currently, and it would be great to have the ability to have a bulk cost for adding users like there is with accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to respond to all interactions on all our accounts, monitoring how specific campaigns are performing, scheduling across all our platforms easily

What do you like best about the product?
What we love about Sprout Social for my brands in the Automotive Aftermarket is reporting tools that keep us abreast to competitors in the market. Navigating Sprout is easy and the user interface is better than any other social media management tool on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, a lot of functions rely on Facebook or Instagram's API. Functions like sharing messages directly to stories or having a library of music available for reel content creation would make Sprout much more superior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Sprout Social is solving the problem of managing a variety of profiles on different channels. I did not know until my call with Sprout that channels such as LinkedIn was available.
Excellent social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a great way to collaborate on social media with a team both for publishing and community management. I also enjoy the quick support through the chat and their online community as well as the webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble downloading the app. I manage multiple brands and sometimes find it cumbersome to switch between them to see all tasks I need to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us keep track of multiple social media platforms all in one place. It's also very useful for planning out future posts and analyzing the effectiveness of difference kinds of posts through their tagging.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling proccess, the smooth and effiecnt options each post and inquiry have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Listeing reports needs further edits to be useful for sharing with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management require hourly followup, with Sprout Social it's easier and we can followup easily.
Very easy to use and see posts, DMs etc from FB, Twitter and IG all on one page/screen.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, the ability to update internal notes and the ease of counting the number of messages received in the frequency of our choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that a single user sending 10 single line comments is counted as 10 message instead of 1.

Easily replying to users when the reach out and allows me to manage 3 different social medias in one place.

USER-FRIENDLY, AND PROVIDES HELPFUL AND ACCURATE INFORMATION/DATA NEEDED.

FOR ONE YEAR I HAVE BEEN USING IT, AND SO FAR, THE ONLY THING THAT I DISLIKE IS WHEN SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T SHOW WHO'S TYPING INA ONE MESSAGE.

SPROUT MAKES OUR JOBS EASY IN ANSWERING ALL SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICES ESPECIALLY WITH ITS FEATURES OF FILTERING AND SORTING MESSAGES.

Scheduling content for the month, responding to inquiries, community management for multiple accounts in central location.

Universal assets on Sprout account so i don't need to create the same assets in each account; or a duplicate option

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to handle all my social media accounts and multiple platforms in a central location. Productivity increases because i dont need to switch between apps to get things done.
Good for mid sizes. Not great for analytics.

Sprout is one of the few social media management systems that manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google My Business, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, & Pinterest. You can also add multiple accounts per channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout data collection is not the best. This includes paid and organic metrics so it puts you in a tough place when reporting to leadership and making decision based on data.

Sprout Social allows you to optimize and automate your social media publishing for a business. You have to pay per seat but you can able to schedule a lot of post at once and free up your time later.

I like the ability to schedule posts weekly. I also love the in depth analytics that are provided through Sprout. This gives me the chance to understand whats working and whats not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to tag people while scheduling posts and optimizing usage of reels with trending audio. By updating the userface for the needs of specific apps, this would be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts at a time, sprout social saves me time in my day to day giving me the opportunity to be more productive in my days. With the analytics, I can easily see whats performing well and whats not and then cater a strategy from there.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use. The content scheduling makes it easy to manage a full day of posting across many channels. We also use the feature to schedule RTs a lot so we can fill up our calendar.

It doesnt have the capability to schedule twitter threads

It helps us schedule 24 hours worth of content, as we are a global brand with followers across all parts of the world. It also helps manage multiple platforms and accounts seamlessly.
