Solid and holistic platform on the cutting edge of social media management.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is really helpful for community management, scheduling posts, and analyzing social data. What I like the best is that they continuously update the platform as social media channels evolve. It's really user-friendly while still having a good amount of organizational flexibility. Sprout reps are always super helpful and knowledgeable, and they've got a ton of resources to learn and improve our social strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal publishing and approvals process is a bit limited, which makes me outsource approvals when I'd really prefer to have it all be in Sprout. Inbox management is really solid, except that I'd really love to be able to filter assigned tasks by tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it much easier to manage mentions and engagements as opposed to doing it in-platform, so it really helps with community management and engagement. It also makes it really easy to pull reports on social data metrics, which keeps our strategy as agile as social channels are quick-moving.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the SproutLink in Bio feature for Instagram. It makes linking posts super convenient and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout Social measured reach in our monthly metrics, as well as shares on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us program our content ahead of time and use metrics to plan our strategy.

Being able to schedule content seamlessly across multiple platforms.

There is nothing I don't like about sprout.

Sprout saves me time when scheduling social content throughout the months. This allows me to do more trend forecasting and community management.
Intuitive design
What do you like best about the product?
The program is user friendly and easy to pick-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like easy-to-follow pop-up note cards when learning a new feature. Moving away to watch a video is too time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My primary use is evaluating the success of our content and finding ways to build and improve. I have found Sprout very helpful for that purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
The most resourceful parts of the tool are the content scheduling features (including the best times to post), analytics and tagging features, which allow me to categorize content based on how I want to report performance. I can share specific topics with related teams by link, so they don't see everything but their related content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bulk load feature is not flexible and can be time-consuming to upload into Sprout when rejected. My solution has been downloading a new template every time, which isn't ideal. The API limitations of social platforms prevent Sprout from offering features like tagging individuals on LinkedIn, and directly scheduling stories on Instagram. This adds another step for managers but is a problem for all CMS tools, not just Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that they accept and review user recommendations for future upgrades. They seem to release a new feature to the tool every quarter, which has been helpful. I like that their tools, like Advocacy, "talk" to each other so I can share content to each area in one dashboard, but I think this feature will still go through enhancements as it only goes live in Advocacy when it posts on social.
A Great Social Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The publishing feature is straightforward and clean. The UI is amazing. Reporting is also awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I will get posts that fail to publish without explanation. My Facebook link previews are not publishing correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to do all of my jobs as a SMM in one place.

sprput social allows us to moderate all of our social pages in 1! We also just started using the bc chat bot feature that helps with efficacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be slow to load at time- also it doesn't automatically refresh with new comments.

I love how user-friendly Sprout Social is. My team has been using Sprout for over a year and has been thrilled with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping for a more customized reporting experience, but the Sprout team has been so receptive to including my team's feedback on all of our calls together.

We recently implemented Social Listening. This add-on has been essential for our global business.

I love the function optimal times so you know the best times to post for your specific account on each social channel.

It would be great if you could split organic and paid activity in reports for a more accurate picture.

Benefitting our new post process from drafts right through to the approval, making us much more productive as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to have all social media assets and reporting in one place. Our team uses Sprout every day and it never disappoints. I have not used any of the competing platforms so cannot compare or contrast there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no downsides. My only request would be that the basic reporting would be more enhanced without spending more on upper tier reporting and metrics acquisition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Sprout for daily corporate social media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Then we track our campaigns using the basic tag reporting.
