What do you like best about the product?
The inbox feature is really good and we like that you can reply to everything and assign tasks to colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram scheduling sending notifications to a phone - sort it out Sprout!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage all our social profiles in one place. And we have a lot!!

What do you like best about the product?
-UI is clean, easy to understand
-Amazing custom reporting
-Easy to integrate CX into the platform

Nothing! Sprout meets all the requirements I have.

Great product for managing organic social

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is easy and managing different accounts is easy. There are very useful tools for reporting and checking in on key metrics. I'd recommend sprout to anyone with fulltime social management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports from sprout can sometimes be a little underwhelming. The charts tend to get complicated and the basic reporting templates don't really say a lot. The content reporting specifically could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us track progress of our organic efforts and report on key metrics across accounts. It helps us organize all our client data in one place and manage posting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Sprout Social, we can effectively organize our posts into different campaigns or categories, allowing us to analyze what types of content resonate with our audience and adjust our strategies accordingly. This feature supports our efforts to create engaging content by identifying successful themes, such as human interest and holiday-themed posts, which tend to receive more engagement. Additionally, the batch scheduling tools are incredibly beneficial, simplifying the process of posting content across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This efficiency means we can pre-schedule posts up to three times a week, which is essential since social media does not always get prioritized at our company. Furthermore, Sprout Social's robust analytics capabilities are crucial for understanding what works and what doesn’t, significantly aiding in our overall marketing strategy. I also appreciate the feature that identifies the optimal times for posting, helping to remove the guesswork from a task that currently lacks a dedicated owner within our team. Finally, the setup process was notably easy, especially with the support provided by the Sprout Social team, making the transition smooth and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main concern I have with Sprout Social is its cost. I feel it is expensive, especially since I don't think we utilize all its features to the fullest potential due to social not being a priority at our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule and analyze posts effectively, which streamlines our social media strategy. It reduces guesswork with optimal posting times and helps us categorize content to understand audience preferences, making social media manageable despite it not being a priority.

Good solution for social media management

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers me a one-stop solution for managing multiple social media accounts. I like being able to schedule posts and how easily Sprout lets me move scheduled posts around. I also like the smart dashboard that lets me monitor and respond to social media interactions and have found the AI image description tool to be fairly impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout Social were a little more worry-free. I have had multiple scheduled posts fail for inexplicable reasons and do not always get a message alerting me that the post failed. Sprout's ability to "listen" to social and news chatter is ok but I wish it was better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout Social, I had to go into five different social media accounts to post and monitor interactions. Now, I can do everything I need in one place and monitor at a glance. I can also schedule posts far in advance and get a complete picture of my social media schedule on one screen.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage everything in sprout- from scheduling and publishing posts to tracking performance data and analytics. It feels like a one stop social media stop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't a way to tag people on social media in app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the problem of not knowing what our audiences think of our social media presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Sprout Social is to use. It's a platform that simplifies my work, allowing me to post to socials effortlessly. The ability to schedule posts is incredibly valuable to me; it lets me finish a week's worth of posts all at once, which is super convenient. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?

Sprout Social allows me to schedule posts weekly, letting me complete a week's worth of content all at once easily.

BAM's transition to Sprout

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has helped our agency streamline a ton of processes that could've been clumsy in the past with other platforms. We save a lot of time with Sprout that was wasted before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to choose a dislike about sprout, but I'd say since I recently started using the platform, I don't love that the platform can't g back and fetch data from channels previous to their connection date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is saving us time in social media monitoring. We take care of a ton of Facebook pages, and before it was a huge task to make sure all notifications were handled and checked, but now we have the great smart inbox which keeps everything in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite update is the ability to edit posts for each social platform and then schedule each for unique delivery times based on peak timing statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of having to log in and use a code to access account every single time. Good security, but very tedious and time consuming when emails are delayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning the anlaytics from each platform and breaking the data into consumable reports that the entire organization can understand. My productivity and social platform performance has increased thanks to the reports available from Sprout Social.
