Solid solution for social support
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review various social sites, including TikTok which is important to our business. Integrated with our primary CRM Zendesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics could be more robust. TikTok integration isn't fully formed yet

Full view of commentary and questions about our company and products on various social channels. Ability to easily collect and respond to important questions and concerns raised by customers
A true partnership
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is constantly innovating and always has updates to the platform. The people are the best part of it though. We've had amazing reps who truly feel like partners. The platform itself is user-friendly and clean with terrific export options and makes collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say that I dislike anything. If I have feedback, it gets passed on--I really appreciate that about Sprout! They're fast to act on improvements nad our rep always helps if we have an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves our agency's need for a few things: Collaborating internally and externally, robust reporting, data that improves our team (team reports), all in all, we are able to serve our clients better and have confidence that Sprout is the best possible tool.
One stop shop for all your social
What do you like best about the product?
I honestly like everything about Sprout. From a high level, you can connect most of your social accounts and integrate with your marketing stack for really powerful reporting and monitoring. From a staffing perspective, it allows the team to be much more efficient by planning, reviewing, publishing and responding all within one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per user is high. You get the most out of Sprout the more people on your team you integrate into the platform, but the cost to bring those people in is prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives me some of my precious time back by having all the social reporting I need within one platform.
Great First Impression
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and usability of the app. Anytime we have a question, the Sprout team is always quick to provide a response or help. They also did a great job explaining how to use the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still no dislikes so far! The app is very easy to use. Customer service is 10/10!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing software that most efficiently helps my team manage all of our social media pages in one group. This makes scheduling our posts more time effective and easier.
Easy to use !
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best thing about sprout is that I can easily navigate all my posts and get them approved by my client..Comparing my analytics with my competitors is THE BEST because it allows me to adjust my strategy to help me do better than what they're doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the app was easier to use... I find it harder to navigate that the platform and I don't get to use it as much as I thought I would. I find myself using the desktop version more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, Sprout allows me to schedule a bunch of posts in advance and let my "approver/client" check out the posts and give feedback before they go up so it's convenient and allows me to make adjusts without too much back and forth.. I do wish there was a way to add a plug in to see how it would all look together on the feed, outside of the calendar.. Like how my posts would come together on my feed.
Good experience with the platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and use. The workflow process is especially good for our team as we approve and review multiple content pieces each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pages all look similar and I get confused on where I need to go for certain items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me to manage our company's social media accounts and our team that develops and schedules content. This is an easy and quick process for us, saving me time throughout my week.
Sprout Social is easy to use and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it really easy to stay organized, especially when you have a larger social team all completing the same tasks. The interface is easier to use compared to competitors like Buffer and Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, most of my work is on TikTok. Due to API access, Sprout Social just can't do all the things that the TikTok app can do, requiring my team to do native uploads instead of using Sprout's scheduling tools. I look forward to better access so I can fully integrate Sprout into my process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it really easy for the full team to have access to key information like post performance and overall channel performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user-friendly and digestible. I like being able to show my clients the reports without needed much explaination.
What do you dislike about the product?
The continuous disconnection of all our accounts. Too many times do we have posts failed due to a connection issue with no true solution available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout offers a nice view at our monthly editorial calendars for each client and allows us to showcase a client their pages success easily.
A great platform with a few kinks in need of solving.
What do you like best about the product?
The report structure is great... There are a few things, like impression numbers that I don't quite understand but other than that everything is very detailed and easily sharable to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue is the constant profile disconnects that happens almost weekly with all of our linked accounts. The beauty of the automated posting is that the user doesn't have to hop online to post for their clients during the weekend, yet I'm noticing that I'm doing that almost every week because a profile got discounted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives me a platform that allows me to organize all of my client's posts into one centralized place, making it extremely easy to creat content calendars and share them for edits.
Customer Friendly and Responsive
What do you like best about the product?
New Sprout user here! First, I'm shocked at how quickly we can get a REAL answer from support. This was a pain point for my team and one of the driving factors for us seeking out a new solution. The platform seems much more user-friendly than our previous vendor's, and my team has shared nothing but positive feedback since we switched. Our onboarding process was easy. The reps are kind and treat you like a human. The platform is easy to navigate, and the price point was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the premium reporting features weren't an upcharge and were part of the standard package. Having a cap on the number of accounts that can be included in a particular folder/group was a slight inconvenience, but easily remedied by our account rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout to monitor and post to our social channels across multiple locations. Having everything in a singular location saves my team time. It's also nice to be able to compare our posts with those of our competitors to see possibilities for growth and change in our own social strategies.
