Exceptionally User-Friendly Interface, Perfect for All Skill Levels
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and learn even for users who are not tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much to dislike. It would be great to have sentiment reports available based on the inbox. Also, it is costly so for organizations on a budget, this may not be a good option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves for maintaining optimal response time for customer service inquiries, which ensures customers view our dedication to customer satisfaction favorably. It allows us to be quickly notified of potential crisis's and important issues. It solves for the efficient management, scheduling and reporting on organic social content.
Powerful Analytics, Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social's thorough analytics, which provide me with a detailed understanding of how my social posts perform. This feature is great for helping me gauge the effectiveness of my content and refine my strategies. Additionally, I really like the ability to easily filter through all my brand mentions. This functionality allows me to keep track of what people are saying about my brand across various social platforms, enabling me to engage with my audience promptly and address any concerns or feedback. These features collectively enhance my ability to understand my brand's presence online effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up new integrations with Sprout Social is always complicated. Additionally, if I take too long to come up with a post, the page times out and I lose my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule social posts and monitor brand sentiment across platforms, helping streamline my workflow. Its thorough analytics and brand mention filtering provide insights into post performance and public perception.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is its ease of use and reliability. I’m in the platform every day, all day, and it makes scheduling content, pulling reports, and doing customer comparisons incredibly simple. Their customer support and account management team are outstanding. In social media, things move fast, and if something goes wrong, it needs to be fixed quickly. Every time I’ve needed help (just a few times in over three years), they’ve handled it promptly and professionally. I also appreciate that Sprout listens to its customers; they’ve even added features I requested to make posting easier. The value for what they offer is unbeatable, and their attentiveness really sets them apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike. I’ve been using Sprout for over three years, and everything has been great. Even when we upgraded our account, they guided me through the process professionally and helped us find ways to save money through contract pricing. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done, and I recommend Sprout wherever I go.

Sprout Social solves the challenge of managing multiple social accounts efficiently. Their scheduling tool and social calendar make it easy to plan and organize content for the entire month, saving time and reducing stress. The reporting and analytics features are exceptional. I can quickly export detailed reports and share them with leadership, which keeps everyone informed on performance without extra work.
Another major benefit is their Employee Advocacy Program. I was initially nervous about onboarding our company, but Sprout provided comprehensive training materials, an implementation plan, and hands-on support to ensure success. The advocacy tool itself is intuitive, making it simple for employees to access curated content and promote our brand.

Effortless Social Management and Time-Saving Features
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to use and functional. Key features such as being able to cross-post on multiple platforms in one go saves a lot of time, and community management is intuitive. Reporting is also sufficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout can sometimes be slow to move on updates that happen in the fast paced social world - i.e. previewing image sizes in LinkedIn will not show in the most recent format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is the home of all of our social posting, management, and analytics. Being able to access all of these features in one hub is both time saving and provides great value to our team in being able to produce higher quality content
Solid Social Management, Imperfect Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the publishing feature the most, and I find the optimal posting times particularly helpful when scheduling content. These tools make planning and managing posts across multiple social profiles much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been using Sprout Social for over five years and have consistently encountered issues with organic and paid reporting being under the same group. My team and agency have reached out to the support team several times, but we have yet to receive a resolution. To ensure greater accuracy, I’ve had to separate them into separate groups. It's also inconvenient that some of the organic metrics include paid data as well.
That said, the reporting tools are still helpful, and so far, Sprout Social has been the best platform for managing our fifteen social profiles across five brands.

Streamlined Social Media Scheduling with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Sprout Social's publishing tools, which allow me to schedule posts at various times throughout the day across different platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Blue Sky, and Threads. This feature enables me to reach different audiences at different points of the day, making it easier to plan ahead without worrying about moment-to-moment reactions in a busy workweek. This capability is invaluable for ensuring consistent engagement with our audiences and optimizing the timing of our content releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout Social had an innate functionality to post on Instagram stories. Currently, it pushes me to my phone to then publish, which feels like an extra step. As of now, whenever I need to post anything on an Instagram story, I do it directly on my phone. This feature is critical because Instagram stories serve to reach its audiences effectively. The lack of 100% integration, even though Instagram is a prime social media platform, is not ideal.

I use Sprout Social to schedule posts across different platforms, which helps me manage my busy week efficiently. It also assists in tracking social media performance and determining sentiment, ensuring our content is beneficial to customers.
Incredible for Collaboration but Lacking in a Few Key Quality of Life Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search through everything from comments, mentions, and DMs to find the specific account/message I am looking for. I LOVE the team chat function. We use it daily within our team for larger scale reviews of messages and questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting to posts on IG and finding the specific comment sections is a nightmare. You have to go through a million and one threads to find the one post you want to look at. The process for engaging on X in sprout is way more user friendly. I also do not like that we cannot like comments on IG from sprout but we can for TikTok. The app is helpful in some capacity but if you have the app and the web version and you are trying to reconnect or connect a new platform it glitches out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves our problem with having too many contractors logged into our platforms for community engagement. We are able to have multiple contractors on and working without giving out logins and details. It also allows us to talk about specific messages without having to screenshot and bring the question to another platform to discuss.
Reliable and easy to use, but missing a few key features
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the overall UI. It’s clean, organized, and easy to use. The reporting tools are super helpful, especially for pulling quick analytics. The Smart Inbox makes it simple to keep up with messages without feeling overwhelmed. I also like how customizable things are when posting, like customizing copy or scheduling per network. The filtering tools are robust and thorough. Customer support has always been quick and helpful, and it was super easy to implement and integrate into our workflow. We use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pain points are the labeling system. Even after tagging posts, a few still show up as unlabeled for some reason. The file size limitations can be annoying too, especially for videos or higher quality assets. I’ve also noticed we lose some native network features when posting through Sprout, like being able to tag accounts in photos, share images on TikTok, or use IG story features.

Sprout helps us manage multiple UCLA accounts in one place, which saves a ton of time. It keeps scheduling, monitoring, and reporting organized so our team can collaborate easily and stay consistent across channels. The reporting tools make it simple to pull data for leadership and show what’s working. Having everything centralized also helps us respond faster to messages and stay on top of engagement across different platforms.
User-Friendly and Scalable SMM Tool with Helpful Service Team
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience with many social media management tools, and Sprout continues to be the most user friendly, out-of-the box tool that can still be easily scaled for Enterprise businesses. We also utilize their services team, who are a great asset to our overall social media team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout has an agressive product roadmap and has made many aquisitions in the space. I sense this is starting to dilute their original purpose of providing a single, all-in-one tool for social media teams. Additional features seem to be adding more noise, like a strong emphasis on AI that has not yet proven valuable to my team.
