What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI and an easy initial integration setup. Once the setup is done, only basic maintenance is needed. Support also offers multiple resources, so it’s much easier to find guides when you need them. Also pricing is cost effective since adding social media profile is not limited to a license
What do you dislike about the product?
extensive Backfill for listening cost additional fee
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social listening for analytics, along with integration to Salesforce for case management.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for tracking our social presence and responding to our listeners. I really like that it consolidates everything in one place and I can have an overhead view of everything and respond everywhere. It's great for reacting to fans across platforms from a single interface. The initial setup was also easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every platform allows for the same interaction like reacting. It would be great to react with different reactions to all types of posts across all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to consolidate our social presence, providing an overhead view and enabling me to respond to listeners across platforms efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social stands out for its ease of use and all-in-one functionality—making it simple to publish content, track performance, engage with audiences, and manage employee advocacy from a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that employee advocacy content doesn’t appear on the publishing/calendar view, which makes it harder to plan and manage alongside our broader content strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By continuously listening to customer feedback and evolving the platform, - especially with new AI capabilities, it allows our team to work more efficiently, stay ahead of trends, and improve overall performance

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social very user-friendly and easy to use. I like how it provides very immediate results. I also appreciate how it helps bring all platforms together and allows my marketing team and myself to communicate well. The setup was easy, and they provided training videos and contact information, so any questions could be resolved. It's great to have a platform to make it more user-friendly for all parties involved in making results on our social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a technical problem where deleting one post, deleted it across the platform, but the tech team identified the problem, placed a temporary freeze on the feature & is working diligently to correct it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets me manage and schedule my social media posts easily, filling gaps in our calendar. It solves issues of unwanted posts and removes the need for third-party apps to post immediately. It's easy to use and unifies platforms for team communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to schedule and approve or reject posts, and it's great for community management. I really like the ease of scheduling and approving social media posts. It's helpful because our entire team can have everything in one platform. We have a place for comments, and it's easy to know who is next in the workflow. The initial setup was 'Easy Peasy,' making the transition smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications are confusing. Also, the app is harder to use than desktop which makes it not as beneficial to have on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule and approve/reject posts and manage community interactions. It streamlines our workflow with a clear approval process and helps in replying to comments and DMs while providing audience data.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for community management, and it's great at combining all messages from all our social accounts into one inbox. I find it super user-friendly; our entire team uses it, and it's super easy to onboard. It's very organized, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting a PDF of social posts for a certain day, I wish I could select specific posts to include instead of having to include them all.

Sprout Social is great at combining all messages from our social accounts into one inbox. It's super user-friendly, easy to onboard, and very organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use that comes with Sprout Social. I've used other competitor platforms, and they do not compare. Sprout offers easy-to-learn platforms and continued enhancements included in your plan. They do not try to add extra cost to your account. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a feature that includes sentiment trends based on keywords and common phrases. I would also like review data to be able to include sentiment trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps with social listening, crisis notifications, reputation management, and distinguishing organic from paid social.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling social media posts for clients. It makes it so easy for our team to access all of our clients in one space and saves time by scheduling posts out a month at a time. I love how organized the platform is and how easy it is to use. I've used a lot of different social media post scheduling platforms, and Sprout Social doesn't give me the issues I experienced with others. The initial setup was super easy and intuitive.

There isn't anything I dislike about Sprout Social!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy the platform is to use across the whole workflow—creation, approval, and posting. Overall, it feels like a very intuitive solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve run into issues with reporting, and date updates in the analytics dashboard are often delayed.
