Sprout keeps me organized across all accounts and all social platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing the posts in the calendar view and getting detailed analytics reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the nav bar; Sometimes I have a hard time navigating the site because I'm not using it every day (more like once a week). I also dislike how touch sensitive / challenging it is to tag LinkedIn handles - they don't always populate on Sprout, so I have to do it manually after posting it on the LI platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me grow my clientele on social. I get to enhance my clients' voices on social to increase awareness about certain topics and grow our audience engagement.
Continued Smooth Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post to all of my employer's social media accounts smoothly and at one time. Sprout clearly lets me know when accounts are disconnected or experience issues. The new alt text features are especially helpful and aid in the accessibility of our posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides of using Sprout. I've been using the service for over a year now, and I've not encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Length of time taken to post on our social media counts is cut down 75%

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaboration tools on the publishing calendar itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
A glitch in the system recently skewed my analytics and insights for reports. I cannot trust the data Sprout Social has collected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am more productive. Knowing what I have coming up on the publishing calendar is beneficial. I wish there were a way to write notes on the calendar that only I can see. My coworker's calendars show my notes, but I wish they didn't.
The Best for Time Management and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I can run several social media profiles for various clients from one place. It cuts down the time I would've probably spent going back and forth on apps. My favorite feature is that clients can approve posts from within Sprout Social!
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes lags, the browser tab has occasionally stopped responding and I've lost progress on a post and have to start from scratch.

It allows me to service all my clients from one place.

Till now haven't figured out anything wrong or missing. It's fulfilling the business needs for now. Will see in the future if something comes as a challenge.

It would be great if reports on ad campaigns could be included.

1. Doesn't let post polls.

Easy to use, intuitive platform for scheduling and monitoring social media posts
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and took us very little time to get comfortable with. It offers our social team a lot of value, from scheduling our posts to tracking engagement and social listening for campaigns.
We also find the reporting on Sprout to be insightful and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot specify specific hours when pulling reports - the smallest period of time you can use is the last 24 hours. When running country-specific campaigns, or wanting to compare traffic across various time zones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have both our social media manager and our social engagement teams working within one central place. Previously we were using two different platforms for this, but with Sprout we are able to have this all in one place which gives us more accurate reporting and data to work with. It also provides us with more insight by using listening features and means our social team is not siloed
