What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for my content moderation tasks as it makes handling content much easier and helps me keep everything organized while efficiently escalating issues when needed. The platform’s design particularly appeals to me due to its clean and organized interface. Its user-friendly nature significantly enhances my workflow by ensuring that I don’t feel overwhelmed, allowing me to navigate through my tasks effortlessly. Additionally, the simplicity of the setup was commendable; I only had to log in to get started, and although I’m not an administrator, I appreciated the smooth onboarding process. Overall, Sprout Social is intuitive and easy to navigate, making my job less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's pretty glitchy. There are times when I'm unable to use the platform altogether, or certain parts don't work, forcing me to switch to work natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social makes content moderation easier by organizing and escalating issues, reducing overwhelm, and navigating content effortlessly with its clean and user-friendly design.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social makes it easy to see all my posts in one spot, which significantly aids in planning ahead and organization. The competitor feature in the reporting section is particularly valuable, allowing us to constantly compare our activities with those of our competitors and identify areas for improvement. It is essential for our monthly reporting because it lets us analyze audience growth and engagement rates among competitors, providing insights into their strategies when they are outperforming us. Additionally, the onboarding process was smooth, and the support team has been fantastic, making the initial setup of Sprout Social a breeze. Overall, I am highly satisfied with its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to schedule stories on both Instagram and Facebook, and also have the capability to edit those stories directly on Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to organize and schedule posts efficiently, and the competitor reporting feature enhances our strategic planning by providing insights into competitors’ audience growth and engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about Sprout is how it helps keep our inquiries, reports, and templates well organized. This is especially valuable in our Customer Service role, where the smart inbox has consistently been a great asset for managing inquiries from various social media platforms. Additionally, Sprout has made it much easier for us to identify where cases are coming from, thanks to its auto-assigning feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my perspective, I haven't encountered any drawbacks with using Sprout. As I've mentioned before, it really helps to make our workload more manageable and keeps everything well organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we often struggled to manage a large volume of inquiries, which made handling incoming cases and editing our responses quite challenging. Sprout's AI refinement feature and Auto-assigning cases has made a significant difference, providing valuable support and greatly improving our customer service operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been an excellent tool for managing our social platforms. What I like best is how clean and intuitive the interface is—everything from scheduling posts to checking analytics feels smooth and straightforward. The reporting features are especially impressive, giving clear insights that help us understand what’s working and where we can improve.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have anything to dislike about Sprout Social. Everything has been running smoothly, and the features work exactly as expected. It’s been a really solid and reliable tool for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social allows me to duplicate posts across different platforms, which saves time and ensures consistency in our social media presence. The ease with which I can export insights is a huge plus; it simplifies reporting and makes sharing results with my team effortless. I've found the initial setup to be very easy, which means less downtime and a quick transition into using all its features. The capability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously is invaluable for efficient social media management. These features together streamline my workflow significantly, making Sprout Social a robust tool for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to upload longer videos as the process can be cumbersome with Sprout Social. Additionally, I've noticed that some social media channels seem to prioritize posts that are manually created in their apps over those scheduled through Sprout Social, which makes me worry that scheduling might be reducing my reach. It would be great if the technology could improve, especially in syncing up better with Instagram.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how you are friendly it is and how easy it is to figure out the different functions and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that I can’t post Instagram and Facebook stories at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social show makes it easier for me schedule my social media post so that way they can be effectively put out for people to see. I appreciate how sprout utilizes other social media platform analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage all our social platforms at one single place, as well as being able to manage the inbox, comments, tags, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It happens sometimes that while I'm adding Alt text on an image, I click outside of the pop-up box and it just closes. Then, the alt text was not saved and I have to re-do it. Would be nice if it just didn't close when we click outside the window. It's the only thing I can think of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the "back and forth" issue we would have between various schedulings we have to do. We have about 4 accounts we post on and so it's easy to have a good overview on what's being posted and when to coordinate. As we are more than 1 person working on our social media, it's great to be able to work as a team on Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for about 1.5 years and I absolutely love how easy their platform is to use. It's intuitive and allows us to plan out our social schedule effortlessly, sometimes even a month or more in advance. The feature that I truly value is the 'Optimal Times' tool. This tool is extremely beneficial as it ensures our posts are made at times when our audience is most engaged, maximizing the potential for interaction and engagement. It allows us to focus more on the quality of our content rather than worrying about the precise timing of our posts. Overall, Sprout Social significantly simplifies the management of our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, and it effectively adapts to the dynamic nature of social media planning with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the duplicate posts functionality to be adjusted. It currently does not let me duplicate posts from the main calendar screen. I think it's a bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule social posts efficiently, leveraging its intuitive interface and 'Optimal Times' tool to maximize engagement and focus on content quality rather than timing.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of Sprout Social. The user interface is very intuitive, which makes navigating the platform simple and efficient. What do you like best about the product?
Full suite of tools, easy to use, great reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricey but well worth it. We are a non-profit so we will need to plan carefully as our marketing team grows with how we structure account access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to this, we were scheduling everything manually on the platform and it was hard to see the full picture of all of the content going out on our channels. It was also very time consuming to schedule and for reporting. Sprout has allowed our small team to 5x our social content output and make it easier to show social's impact on our non-profit's mission.
