All in one Social Media Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, includes all the tools we need to manage all our social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some integration (like Instagram story stickers, gif functionality etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the need to go to various platforms. Allows us to be much more efficient.
Feature lacking, expensive, but user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The company was using Sprout Social when I joined. It was quick and easy for me to learn the ropes, the interface is nice and friendly. I could see team members and the posts created as well as a schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program, compared to competitors, was relatively expensive for what we felt we got out of it. Furthermore we found that other systems actually included more posting locations as well, for example the ability to post to tiktok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social was used to manage all our social platforms in one place, saving us time and the need to log on to multiple places and repeat work done to write and post content. This naturally saves time and ensure consistency.
Incredible functionalities, smooth onboarding processes, knowledgeable partners
What do you like best about the product?
Basic tools are very user friendly, I like that you can export views of reports in multiple formats (PDF, interactive, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a fairly high number of people who don't need to be IN the tool, but actively review content. If there's a way to get an approver seat for a reduced fee that would be amazing.
Would like if you could adjust the engagement metrics manually (I prefer to view ER as likes, comments, and shares ONLY vs including post clicks).
Wish you could have the same functionality for personal accounts as business.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling is seamless, reports are highly customizable and easy to understand
Progress made but lots of room to SPROUT
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the publishing tool. I think how intricate the layers are of drafting a post, including a link, images, adding an approver, and listing the posting date/time to schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that while Sprout Social has many different useful tools to utilize for our company's social media accounts. It is difficult to navigate and learn about all of the different tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All notifications are now in one spot to review quickly which is very helpful. Also the publishing tool streamlines the process for publishing. Both of these tools help us to utilize are time to make progress towards our social media goals.
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to export on-page messages. Being able to export messages and comments from our brand's page posts enables us to create sentiment analysis and more in-depth social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the top of my head. We mostly use the tool for analytics and we're satisfied enough with the features that we're using in Sprout Social for the time being.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to export messages and comments from Facebook and Instagram which normally doesn't allow such features in their platform. Sprout Social is a big help for sentiment analysis based on messages.
Simple and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, short learning curve, and all the main tools we need for our social team in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still playing around with some of the additional features that are meant to justify the price compared to other scheduling tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All-in-one place for scheduling content in advance and gathering monthly analytics across social channels.
Easy transition from Hootsuite, backend is accessible and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and find things that you need. Also added features that other schedulers do not have like campaigns and tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like about Sprout is that you can't adjust the text content for each platform while scheduling a post. This was a feature Hootsuite had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics - automation of a lot of things we used to do on spreadsheets
Sprout Makes Social a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
We love both the ease of scheduling and the powerful social listening tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool fails to post, and it can get a little pricey to tap into all of the most useful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to see who has drafted and scheduled things, and scheduling posts outside of business hours is a great feature that gives our team some work-life-balance back.
Great for businesses with multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
That, as the Social Media Coordinator for two sister schools, I can post to both social media accounts simoultaneously instead of having to go back and forth on their websites and sign ins. I most enjoy that I can duplicate a post before sending it off, so that it's ready for me to re-post to a different platform without having to write it up again from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost impossible to customize and post to Stories, so I don't use it at all - I go into each social media platform on my mobile device and do it that way, which is a hassle. The Reels is similarly frustrating. Hoping it'll become more seamless and customizable soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting across multiple social media platforms simoultaneously, and being able to duplicate posts to different platforms without having to write them up from scratch again.
Gets the job done, mostly
What do you like best about the product?
Having various reporting layout options is very helpful. I like that I can pull data from social platforms and easily tag the content withe advertiser-specific labels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into issues on social platforms other than Facebook where I am looking for a breakdown for organic vs. paid metrics, and have seen either discrepancies with the platforms or an inability to break this information out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing organic metrics in a digestible way that prevents me from having to compile data from each individual social platform.
