Intuitive Dashboard, Needs More Metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social's dashboards are incredibly easy to navigate and intuitive. I trust the data provided and feel confident using it in presentations. The initial setup was quite simple, with straightforward integrations, and I haven't had any connectivity issues since then.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are metrics that would be helpful but are not available. Most notably, an hour-by-hour performance score. It's important to see the half-life of my content, and there isn't really a clean way to view engagement and impression peaks, as far as I can tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to monitor metrics across my social media accounts. It consolidates data into an easy-to-use dashboard, and I trust the data for presentations. The dashboards are intuitive and navigation is incredibly simple.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sprout Social is to use. Tagging is a great tool that I use frequently; it makes finding specific KPIs like engagements super easy for specific campaigns. The initial setup was very easy, and the team was helpful in ensuring our transition was smooth. I appreciate how Sprout Social helps with reporting and sharing insights with C-suites and stakeholders effectively.

Sometimes things get mistagged and it is difficult to find them. Making the tools a little more intuitive would help.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling content for a variety of clients across multiple platforms, which helps keep everything organized. It makes the approval process smoother. I like the recommended posting times and the engagement rate shown on the overview. It saves me time figuring out the best times to post and quickly lets me know which content is performing well. The platform seemed easier to use and more advanced compared to what we used before. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could still see the post preview after it's posted without going to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social keeps my content organized, smooths the approval process, provides recommended posting times, and shows engagement rates, helping me quickly see content success.
Efficient Social Media Management, Needs Better Ad Features
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to worry about token linking, and it's easy to create group folders and sort out different client accounts. The platform makes my work more time efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find managing paid social media ads challenging. It would be nice to create and see paid ads instead of using Meta Business. Also, I'd like more functionality for dealing with Google Business pages.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling multiple posts with different accounts. It's time efficient and I don't have to worry about token linking, plus it's easy to create group folders for client accounts.
Easy to Navigate and Find What You Need

It's easy to navigate to which section you need to go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was possible to redact an already sent item.

They seem to constantly update their software to best assist their customers.

I do like that Sprout Social has the competitors comparison function, or it has a dashboard where I can see what other people are doing in the social media environment. The initial setup is very easy; I just needed to log in and the connection to the accounts was straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what does not really work for me is the navigation. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time for me to see how to navigate it better, especially the dashboard function.

Sprout Social helps me analyze engagement metrics and key performance indicators, identifying posts that generate the most interest.

I use Sprout Social daily to monitor what users are saying about the business I work for and to post to all social media platforms with ease. I like the customized reports I can make in Sprout as well as the customization of the smart inbox. I also like how easy it is to connect to platforms within the app. The initial setup was very easy to connect and set up multiple users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't like comments left on Instagram posts/ad posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media listening and posting, and it really helps us by seeing and hearing everything. It helps us organize, understand, and act on the mass of new things about our brand that come out each day, which would be impossible without it. It's very easy for anyone to pick up and use, enabling collaboration across operations, customer service, and marketing. Sprout Social is very effective at finding the right posts and data, ensuring nothing is missed. This reliability allows teams to trust the tool and work directly from it, simplifying communication reviews that have a significant impact on our brand and customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love more automation and scoring on sentiment that could be actioned into different workflows, especially with context to our own internal releases and news. It'd be cool for Sprout Social to know 'hey your customers are responding negatively to the Super Bowl ad's design' and help us get in the right mindset for addressing the masses, versus taking time to read and digest a ton of feedback and notes.

Sprout Social helps us monitor and manage multiple social media accounts by organizing, understanding, and allowing us to act on new information daily. It's easy for teams to use, aids collaboration, and ensures we don't miss relevant posts, which streamlines our communication efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Sprout Social is being able to manage many different accounts all in one platform. The UI is very easy to use and visually pleasing, especially when I’m managing a social calendar. Another feature my team loves is Sprout Advocacy, which has been fundamental for my company.
We can create pre-made, brand-approved posts that our team can share to their own social channels, helping us reach a different audience than we do on our own platforms. My team really loves it!

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s really nothing I dislike about sprout social. The only thing I’d change is the price—it could be a bit cheaper—but I understand that you’re paying for a high-quality platform.

Keeping in track of 32 different social accounts is my biggest help
