MOTHER of all social media marketing tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a great tool for us to reach our audience and ability to save time and be efficient is remarkable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be more colourful and attractive so it becomes a bit interesting to work. Also, the price could be a bit lower. Other than these two, couldnt find any other dislike as Sprout social provides everything that other tool does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is Easy-to-use and gives insightful reports in timely manner. Also helpful to manage all social platforms (Instgram, X, facebook, playstore & iTunes) under one roof!

What do you like best about the product?
There are a few favorites I have in Sprout: Reporting, Competitor Performance, and the occasional use of AI for drafting post copy and responses to messages and comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not fond of the change in the AI tool for post copy. I found the previous version without the options i.e., "make more professional," to be more helpful for simply helping with copy changes and ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple channels with ease has been key with our dual brand. The reporting is robust, the options sprout shares for customization, etc are very useful for us to personalize, and this helps with our reports to the board of directors. We have yet to engage our team members with employee advocacy and are excited to do so.

Allowing us to schedule and share reports with different departments and key partners regularly saves us all time and ensures that we are on the same page during meetings and strategy sessions.

Workflows are also very helpful, especially being able to run posts past compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about sprout as social listening tool is that it gives you deep insights of our buisness module
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike but just a feedback, we should add more colors to the tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is benefitting us to find the customer details and generating a lead systematically. It bifurcates the data in a very organised way.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is so easy to use (seamless/easy integration). With Spout we can respond to all customers in a timely manner across ALL social platforms. We love the reporting and mobile app is excellent!

Customer support has also been great. We love working with Santi!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is opportunity to improve mobile app. Some small features on desktop do not seem available on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have one person managing social responses in a single platform. Before we were having different associates manage in different places (i.e. Facebook app, Zendesk etc.). It was difficult to manage and now we have 1 dedicated associate managing all social platforms within Sprout -- providing a single and consistent Brand Voice and customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is so easy to use, organizes all of our posts, and allows us to be strategic and visual when planning. It was so easy to get started! I love the amazing features like listening, reports/dashboards, and posting times. We've been seeing a big increase in engagement! Anytime we've needed to speak with Customer Support they've been incredibly helpful. We use this tool daily, and it is a HUGE time saver and a lifesaver for our Social Plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot to learn about Sprout Social when first starting out, it helps to contact your Sprout Social Support team and it can be an added bonus to have team members who have already used the platform before. There's a ton of information and the help center is really great about being informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, saving time managing multiple accounts, Social Media reporting/analytics and automations.

The ease of using Sprout everyday

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Sprout is to use. There was a little learning curve to figure out how to use it but once you figure it out, Sprout is a breeze to use. There are so many filters that you can use when searching for specific topics. I use Sprout everyday to read comments and Personal messages that we recieve on our different platforms. They are easy to organize and I never lose a message because I can assign it to my personal tasks and do it when I please. Assigning tasks to other people is also another perk to Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have ever noticed with sprout is that sometimes the PM's or DM's will glitch a little bit. I just reload the page and everything goes back the way it was supposed to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it so much easier to search and find what I need. Whether it is negative comments, upset customer, positive comments, warranty cases, etc. I can find it within minutes because of Sprouts detailed searches.

User Friendly Social Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to some other tools we've used, Sprout is very user friendly and easy to learn. It's been a great tool for daily social media customer service. We're fairly new to Sprout, but so far implementation has been smooth and we're excited to see what other tools and features we can begin utilizing more. The Sprout team has been helpful in answering questions and sharing solutions unique to our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We aren't able to schedule posts directly to Meta platforms like other tools have the capability of doing which then doesn't allow us to build ads on scheduled posts through ads manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives us a convenient way to respond to all of our customers in one place. It's the best social media customer service platform we've found.

A great tool for our team!

What do you like best about the product?
Myself along with others on our team love the user interface and how many different use cases there are depending on your role. Reporting is extremely robust and you can find information very quickly. It was easy to implement as well, most of our environment was built on during our free trial. Our team uses it every day and if we have any questions that come up, we can get answers quickly from our success manager or the support icon in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API to Facebook does not currently sync scheduled posts in Sprout and also appear as scheduled posts in META Ads Manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of finding the reporting metrics we want to look at to make decisions quicker. It has also steamlined our customer service to make sure ever comment and direct message gets responded to.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can all share in the same space and collaborate with our entire team and approvers without downloading content and sending it in separate emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to absorb regarding everything Sprout Social has to offer and it's taking a bit to get through understanding everything we can do. Unlimited options is great, but a lot to take in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and having data from competitors and our own statistics in one place is very beneficial. Their analytics are much more in depth than what you receive from Meta Business Suite.
We are just getting the listening tool up and running, but I think from a compliance and reputational risk standpoint, this is great tracking to have in place.
Sprout's onboarding and support team have been wonderful to work with and are teaching us so much.
