Effortless Social Management with Powerful Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, analytics reporting, competitive analysis tools, and scheduling software for our social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it would stay connected to various platforms longer and provide better automated insights about trending content or how to engage with our specific Customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives us insight into how our social are performing, compares us to the industry, and allows us to interact with customers using the smart inbox feature and reply to Customers while monitoring replies.

What do you like best about the product?
Full suite of services, easy to use, easy to collaborate with team members and fairly reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive, although you do get what you pay for compared to other platforms on the market. Hard to add team members, new platforms are slow to integrate and lack some services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a one-person team, so I need a platform that can basically do it all for me. Sprout is a great tool for managing all my content within an easy-to-use and view platform. The analytics feature is also fantastic for me. I love using the tag reports as well to manage content to share with teams across my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the tools in Sprout Social for tracking certain campaigns. Being able to tag different campaigns is a feature that stands out as it makes it easy for us to pull data and show how each campaign performs. This functionality greatly enhances our ability to analyze the success of our marketing efforts and make informed decisions. Additionally, the transition to Sprout Social from Agora Pulse was motivated by the abundance of resources it offers for our team to utilize, which has been incredibly beneficial. The initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy, further adding to its appeal. Overall, Sprout Social provides a robust platform for my job, offering tools and ease of use that significantly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of managing our social media campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced issues with Sprout Social when it comes to integrating certain social accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling, writing captions, and creating content. Its tools help track and tag campaigns, making it easy to pull performance data. Sprout Social offers more resources for my team than our previous tool, Agora Pulse.

Streamlined Client Management, Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for handling all my clients' content publishing at my marketing agency. I love how Sprout Social simplifies my workflow by managing all client logins, which spares me the hassle of emailing clients for two-factor authentication notifications, making my life so much easier. The software is well-organized and saves me a significant amount of time, at least two to three times the time I would otherwise spend switching between different platforms. This massive efficiency gain allows me to allocate my time more effectively across other tasks. Additionally, I appreciate the ease with which I can customize posts for different platforms, all within a single interface. This customization feature is incredibly useful because it accommodates the unique requirements and idiosyncrasies of each platform, making it a super helpful tool for my agency's operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if I was able to edit published posts directly on the platform, it would be a great feature. I'm not sure if that's even feasible, but it would enhance my workflow significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for managing client content publishing, which simplifies handling client logins and saves me significant time compared to switching between platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social puts everything in one place, making it easy for our entire team to access and keep our content organized. We handle a large volume of content for numerous projects simultaneously, and Sprout Social simplifies scheduling and moderating content while also allowing us to efficiently pull analytics for reports. I find it significantly easier to use than Meta Planner due to its simple and user-friendly interface. It allows for easy editing of content post-scheduling and operates with impressive speed. The transition from HootSuite to Sprout Social was seamless, and the cost was more effective, making it a beneficial switch for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that not all of our team members can be logged into Sprout Social simultaneously. This restriction becomes complicated when multiple team members need to access the system at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social organizes our content efficiently, simplifies scheduling and moderating, provides easy access for analytics, and has a user-friendly interface compared to Meta Planner. It reduced costs from our previous software HootSuite and was seamlessly set up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for managing our social media platforms across multiple brands, including Boulder Longevity Institute, as well as on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The software is incredibly helpful for planning monthly content, identifying gaps, and managing multiple accounts efficiently. I particularly enjoy the ability to schedule posts, which allows us to maintain a consistent posting schedule even when our team is busy or out of the office. The post approval feature is fantastic; it enables us to easily approve content from our social media team, ensuring that everything remains organized and on brand. Additionally, I find the engagement management feature to be immensely valuable for staying on top of incoming messages and interactions, allowing us to respond to everyone who reaches out promptly. I appreciate that we can see industry posts in one convenient location, which aids in keeping up with trends and competition. Overall, Sprout Social streamlines our content management and enhances our social media engagement efforts, proving to be a crucial tool for our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like Sprout Social could improve its handling of seat sharing and flexible user roles. It would be beneficial to allow occasional users to view or review posts without the need for full licenses, which would aid in collaboration. Additionally, an integration with Asana for tasking visibility would be a great enhancement. Another issue I encounter is that accounts tend to get disconnected frequently, and it's not easy to determine what's happening when logging in. You have to navigate into notifications, which isn't very intuitive. This disconnection issue happens too often, particularly with Facebook, and is always troublesome to reconnect. It's not clear when or why it happens, and it's not visibly apparent upon initially logging in, often only showing in a tiny spot.

I use Sprout Social for planning and managing content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and timely engagement. It's invaluable for streamlining post scheduling and approval, while engagement management helps us interact efficiently with our audience.

Effortless Employee Advocacy with Powerful Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the platform, the depth of reporting in the analytics section. I've enjoyed having an easy-to-use platform for employees to share about our company on social media through the employee advocacy platform. We're still rolling out this platform to our org, but I've had great feedback. I've also appreciated how Sprout has added features based on user feedback (like adding documents to LinkedIn posts-yayy!) and how fast customer service is to my issues. They were very helpful providing onboarding training. This has exponentially helped my job and I use it every day for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know some of these things are on LinkedIn's side, but I wish there was a way to analyze our audiences on LinkedIn. I'd like to get deeper insights, and determine if people liking our posts are our employees or not our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're making it easy to manage social media channels all-in-one place! I don't have to go from channel to channel to make posts, and I have to go from channel to channel to pull reports. I've used other platforms, like Hootsuite, and the user interface is significantly better, easier to use, and much easier to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social because it enhances my ability to identify influencers while incorporating client-specific requirements to weed out those who wouldn't meet campaign goals. Being able to organize my work by client and by campaign is my favorite feature, as it keeps everything clear and structured. The initial setup process was also incredibly smooth and straightforward, making it easy to get started. Overall, Sprout Social significantly supports my influencer relations and social management tasks, and I am highly likely to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is removing some of its vetting tools that are very helpful, such as the feature that shows the percentage of followers from the US for each creator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to identify influencers with client-specific criteria, organize work by client and campaign, but miss its vetting tools, like US follower percentage, which are being removed.

The team at Sprout Social is incredibly supportive and helps align their services with our business goals, which I greatly appreciate. One feature that stands out is the ticket tagging; the ability to search using different filters, including tags, keeps our operations organized and enables me to answer specific inquiries from our leadership effortlessly. I would like to be able to respond to messages from the main page and not have to click the reply button and open a whole other page.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social continues to be an invaluable tool for my team, helping us stay organized while increasing engagement on our LinkedIn account. The “first comment” feature, in particular, has created additional opportunities to boost engagement and promote related resources. Overall, my team and I have truly enjoyed working in Sprout Social.

I appreciate all of the features Sprout Social offers; however, I wish there were more robust options for team collaboration and commenting within the platform.

Sprout Social allows my team to centralize our social media planning and easily generate quarterly reports with reporting features. These features help visualize our engagement, identify engagement gaps, streamline our workflow, and enable us to plan our social media calendar more efficiently and proactively.
