Great insights and metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling capability. I use this feature the most. The process is very seamless and saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a feature that would show you who like a 'year in a wrapped' around your top followers. Ex., Joe Smith is your top fan, in the past year, he has engaged with 8 of your posts a month, etc.,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to compile engagement from users/followers. Platforms get disconnected frequently

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and user experience are a breeze. Everything is organized in a way that makes sense and creates efficiences for our daily processes. On top of that, the support that Sprout provides is unmatched. There's live chat support when I need immediate answers, online guides that provide current information and specs for social platforms and a TON of educational support about the platform, social media trends and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is inconsistencies across platforms, like, not being able to add alt text when scheduling Instagram posts or uploading video to scheduled Pinterest posts. I believe there are tickets out for these though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly efficiency of our process, reliability on the platform working as expected and the ability to use label tags and campaign tags on posts to enrich reporting and data analytics.

The management and organization is second to none, and the metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time! We are new users and haven't dived super deep yet.

We would have to go into each native platform to post and measure, this has eliminated all that and saved us so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and easy to use the platform is. Everything is very clean and I never feel like I am overwhelmed with random buttons and popups like other platforms I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that the onboarding process with a little chaotic - this totally could have been because of the chaos on my own team at the time paired with the holidays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before switching to Sprout, customer service took up a big chunk of time. Sprout has a great customer service management platform. I also love how simple it is to create add to the social calendar and adjust as needed - especially as so many last minute items have been changing and popping up, it's been a real life saver.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the different features it offers (analytics, social listening, competitor reporting, pulihsing, and so much more).
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few glitches in their system (ex: facebook handles not showing up properly of those sending us messages) but the team is quick to act on fixing the bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to tackle social and digital all in one place rather than having to go to a bunch of different platforms.

Sprout allows us to easily track our post activity as well as the metrics associated with effort in a single-look making it easy to prove out the return
Good interface. Easy to onboard.
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the social media tracking interface and how it presents mentions. We recently started using Sprout and the onboarding process was easy and our team was able to get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find the approved posts tool and can be clunky.

We needed a social scheduling tool that enabled for multiple levels of approval.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the simple interface and UX of Sprout. The reporting capabilities are excellent and so are the scheduling and publishing features. Overall, Sprout is hands down my preferred social tool for clients as it does everything you need with a simple, clean design and non-clunky functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't fault anything! Most of my daily issues relate to the platforms' APIs and not Sprout as a tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a monthly content calendar has been simple with Sprout. Additionally, the scheduling tool allows for multiple stakeholders to review the content before it's finally approved to go live which gives us all peace of mind.
Easy to use & insightful
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and reports are easy to customise / export. The set up and implementation were really easy. We use Sprout to generate information about how our distributors are using our content and how effective their postings are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to group users easily .

Being able to quickly and easily see posts on all our Facebook / Instagram / Twitter
Sprout Social is an essential tool for my day-to-day social media management and reporting.

Amazingly fast and knowledgable customer service. I use the Live Chat feature all the time!

It doesn't pull all metrics e.g. collaboration posts which make results less meaningful.
