Using Sprout has not been as simple as we had hoped or had been promised.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sprout is that I have to open fewer tabs, and being able to upload videos directly from Google Drive is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to upload custom thumbnails for TikTok or Instagram reels, we didn't get access to Twitter Media until we were in the second month of use, and not until after we complained. We had a difficult time getting in touch with anyone to answer our questions. It logs us off of Google Drive every few minutes, and if we had done any work before that issue is noticed, we have to redo everything. There are frustrating restrictions on the size of custom thumbnails when we can use them that do not exist on individual platforms. Overall, it has been a very expensive way to spend the exact same amount of time posting as we were before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite honestly, it is currently causing more problems than it is solving for our organization. Our engagement has also been severely negatively impacted since we started using Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use all of the functions and features. I can run reports, post internal notes, and respond to social easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout Social would allow us to "enable" the comments on specific posts to reference the additional messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to reference all of the social media messages in one place which makes it so seamless to respond in real time!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use calendar platform for to upload and outline my content for the month. I like the ability to integrate Google reviews as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not especially thrilled with the way some of our social accounts need mobile reminders to upload the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving our problems with ensuring content is scheduled.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to jump right in and get started. It is easy to schedule posts and plan for weeks and months ahead. The reporting is easy to use and provides the most accurate reporting of our social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
With some of the reports, it is hard to see some of the stats on the charts, only when some accounts really out preform other accounts.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Just a couple troubleshooting issues, mainly integrating with instagram

Having to manage multiple accounts at the same time, making it easy to publish the same content across platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytical features of Sprout Social, which help me dive deep into data, especially for LinkedIn and Facebook, making reporting easier. The scheduling tools are incredibly helpful, allowing me to post at optimal times without having to think about it. Sprout Social has made it easy for me to communicate with my coworkers about graphic changes or upcoming events, making collaboration efficient. The tagging feature is excellent for analytics, allowing me to tag individual posts either before or after they go live. Lastly, I appreciate the support from Sprout Social in learning and diving deep into analytics and tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"Sprout Social lacks competitor analytics for LinkedIn. I have to rely on LinkedIn's native platform for this data, which is inconvenient since they provide it for Facebook but not LinkedIn.","I haven't received any feedback from Sprout Social on my suggestion to add a competitor report for LinkedIn, which affects the thoroughness of my competitive analysis.","I wish Sprout Social allowed tagging accounts in photos, not just in captions. This feature would be beneficial for tagging manufacturer partners or sponsors, which I'm unable to do currently."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for smooth social media management across platforms, benefiting from enhanced analytics and scheduling. It solves posting delays and enables team collaboration on graphics, optimizing communication and marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to collaborate with other teams and external contractors. The platform specific features like the Instagram grid preview are great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of in particular – it's a great platform

We're trying to improve collaboration between social media managers and the Design team and Sprout is giving us the ability to review visual content for posts before it goes live

What do you like best about the product?
The best is the simplicity, one of the weaker sides in comparison with Sprinklr it doesn't offer as much as it could. Implementation of AI could be used on bigger scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of AI influenced features is something missing right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the more detailed insights regarding social media, collecting touch points and combining them into new insight.
