What do you like best about the product?
This is my home base for all things social. I am in the dashboard every day, and I love how easy it is to keep track of any comments or reviews left across all platforms in an instant, and remaining within Sprout Social to respond to them all (or even hide comments if needed).
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a one person social team, I would love to have a wider access to all the resources within the platform without the jump in cost to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped me minimize time spent scheduling posts, responding to comments, and gathering analytics by having it all in one place.
User-Friendly and Powerful Analytics with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's ease of use and find it very user-friendly. It's great that it can basically train itself with new employees, which saves time on staff training. I love its analytics platform, especially the ease of use in creating reports and the competitor analysis features. These aspects help me advocate to my senior administrators on why we spend time and resources on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the toggle between all of the different accounts could be a little more obvious.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling all our social media platforms and its analytics help us advocate for our social media efforts.

I love how Sprout Social allows me to control so many channels at once, which significantly boosts my ability to post more content and be more active across all my platforms. The ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously is incredibly valuable as it enhances my productivity and social media presence. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Sprout Social to be super easy, which made the transition smooth and stress-free.

I find the format for some tasks challenging, such as making tagging easier.

Sometimes we have errors when publishing posts, they fail.

I use this tool to help the agency I work with access the brand's profiles, schedule posts, and gain clearer visibility of the content calendar. I would also appreciate having reports that are more visually appealing and easier to interpret.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social because it allows me to schedule posts in advance, which is incredibly convenient for managing multiple social media accounts at the university. It helps me to easily visualize and control what content is scheduled to go out from our respective accounts. This feature ensures that all graphics and posts are timely, contributing significantly to efficient social media management. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Sprout Social to be very easy, as long as I have the account login information, making it effortless for me to continue my work without any interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes there are issues with image quality and video length constraints within Sprout Social. These limitations force me to post directly from my social media accounts rather than through the platform itself. If there were fewer restrictions on image quality and video length, I would be able to be less selective about the content I'm putting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts at specific times, ensuring timely and organized social media output across different accounts, making it easier to manage our university's online presence.

I wish you could schedule one post for different platform, but be able to adjust each platforms post times.

I like that Sprout Social is constantly evolving, as they are always improving things, which means there are always new features being added. I appreciate how Sprout Social is in touch with their customers and genuinely considers what we use on a daily basis. I love using tags for organizing all of our outgoing and incoming messages, as it allows us to pull effective reports, based on our unique content and engagement strategies. This feature significantly enhances our reporting capabilities, providing valuable insights. Overall, the consistent updates and thoughtful enhancements stand out as major strengths.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Sprout Social is limited by what the native platforms allow. For example, I would love better reporting on Instagram Reels, but I understand that it's more about Instagram's API than a shortcoming of Sprout Social itself.

I use Sprout Social to schedule content and generate custom reports dynamically, manage a team with shared assets, and improve efficiency by centralizing platforms into one space.

the mobile app experience is not ideal, it is hard to view things on the app.
