Connection Difficulties
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems there are always issues, but it's hard to tell if it is because of sprout or because of Meta connection. The person assigned to our account is in sales and doesn't help with issues, you have to contact through email/chat to get help and it can make it difficult to get things resolved in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to be able to respond to customers more efficiently through our social platforms. It allows us to track "cases" when customers contact in regarding order issues through social.
Sprout for work!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can sschedule and manage all my social posts for work in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very glitchy and sometimes unreliable

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is very clear and I like the weekly updates on how accounts are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the posting process not always smooth. For some reason if I add the copy that includes a link first, I cannot add a photo. So I've learned to add my photo first and then the copy but unsure why it blocks me.

It allows our team to have one platform for adding content to the same social media pages
Stands Out Among the Rest
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a really intutive tool yet provides a lot of highly matric features. I am easily able to navigate between muiltiple accounts and brands, all within one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the data was more consistent specifically when it comes to reels on facebook and instagram. From post to post the metrics available change and there seems to be no explination for this. I no longer can trust the data about reels on sprout social and must pull the data directly from the platforms analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have a central location to both publish content and analyze the results of that contents performance.
Easy to Navigate and Ready to Use Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The platforn us very user friendly. I was able to start setting up groups and autmiated rules even before our team trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to duplicate and publish each post separately for different platforms instead of being able to individually edit them in the same post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout provides templated reporrts for profile peroformance, tags, and various channels. This saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to create every report from scratch.
Simplifies Social Media Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how easy Sprout Social is to use, as it allows me to have a clear overview of all the posts our company has done over an entire month or even a year. This feature significantly simplifies our social media marketing efforts, making it much easier to plan and execute campaigns effectively. Moreover, the ability to schedule posts in advance at specific times and dates eliminates the hassle of manually posting content across different social accounts. This advancement in scheduling greatly enhances our productivity and helps ensure consistency in our social media presence. Switching from using regular social media accounts to Sprout Social has tremendously streamlined our operations, making the job much easier and more efficient for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to delete posts quickly in Sprout Social. The process of removing a post could be more streamlined and efficient. I would appreciate having a dedicated button to expedite this action, improving workflow efficiency.

I use Sprout Social to simplify social media marketing, scheduling posts across accounts, and visualizing content timelines for better management.
Everything you need all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything I need in my job is all on the same website. I have started to use it every shift. It's been an easy transition from what I was using before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little confusing figuring out how to use all the features but the zoom classes have been a massive help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not a problem but an annoyance. When posting an article on different social media platforms, I had to post it separately which took a bunch of time. Now, I basically can post social media stuff on platforms simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to attach a video or an image. The word count also helps, as it makes it easier to form a tweet when I know how many words I have
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it a little annoying that I can't take a tweet that already exists from someone else's account and make a subtweet to that. I also think that (whether this is your interface or not) counting the words for the links when I put a link on Twitter, even after I shorten it. Sometimes I have to shorten it before and then add it. I think too, sometimes it's hard to tag someone.

At the moment, I don't know what problems they are solving and how they benefit me

It's user-friendly and the support team is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more options for reports.

I love that I easily see the messages from all of our social media sites in one place. It makes review management much easier.
Easy to use and master
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple social channels in one place. It was easy to get my account set up and implemented. The customer team was prepared to answer any questions we might have. This is a great tool we used every day for posting and scheduling!
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration requires business pages. Some of our existing pages cannot be integrated.

Solves the problem of having multiple social channels to manage.
