What do you like best about the product?
The interface of Sprout Social is wonderful. It's very easy to understand, smooth to operate and meets all our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike with Sprout Social. We've been using it for 2 months now and it's a vast improvement from the last program we used. We had it set up in no time, and it works wonderfully for what we need to monitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to pinpoint crisises for our clients with ease using Sprout Social. The keywords and alerts we are able to set up pull content perfectly, and in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Community Management monitoring to allow our customer support team manage inbound messages. We use it on a daily basis and we're very excited to leverage the Threads integrations since that's a rising platform. It's easy to use and the customer service reps are very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The link of social profiles (i.e. Facebook) doesn't get linked when going live so it's been inconsistent.I wish i could see trends in sentiment and conversation without manually tagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tapped on social profiles which require to gain additional budget approval to connect our other social channels so it's been limiting our management and monitoring experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite organized and allows you to use a lot of different filters to see what kind of responses you are looking for. It is easy to reply to customers and also manage multiple cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it automatically opens up to completed cases, I'd rather see open available cases. I am also not able to successfully sort who completed cases by name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to connect with a larger audience than our traditional methods like website, email and phone calls. Allowing us to help more customers will directly increase loyalty.

What do you like best about the product?
I am no longer doing or tracking my social platforms in different websites or trackers it is all managed in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if there was a pdf about the most asked questions or useful tips located in the dashboard that would help! I know that we have our direct contacts but sometimes it is easy for those things to slip your mind.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about sprout social is it's intuitive and user-friendly interfact, which allows me to effortlessly schedule and publish my soical media posts, analyze perfromace metrics, and engage with my audience all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of sprout is that it can be a bit pricey, espcially for small businesses or indiviuals with limited budgets, making it less accesible for those who are just starting out in social media management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solces the problem of managing multiple social media accounts by providing a centralized platfom that streamlines scheduling, publising, and analying perfromance, saving me time and effort. It helps me stay connected with my audience and build brand awareness. Ultimately benefiting me by enhancing my online presence and maximizing my soical media impact.

As a smaller orginization having access to a listening tool has been a gamechanger for responding to mentions.

Its on the expensive side compared to Hootsuite and Sprinkler

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to review LinkedIn posts daily before they go out, including seeing how the posts look before use. The team is also always available to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to tag multiple accounts in draft posts

Sprout is very helpful when it comes to managing multiple social media accounts for a business.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and easy to implement into the workday. I manage a big number of channels in multple platforms, so Sprout saves me a lot of time. It also gives a very good visual overview of the numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions missing, but mostly they are missing, because LinkedIn, Meta etc. don't allow them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to switch between multiple platforms and channels to post content. Planning is easier, and the campaign/tag option makes it easy to categorize and find the numbers quickly when needed.
